Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was not pleasant. The room was damp and had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to relax. It also felt very stuffy, with poor ventilation. To make things worse, we couldn’t close the curtains properly, which affected our privacy and ability to rest. Would not recommend.

Phone did not work when calling front desk... They were apparently having computer problems. Water was not hot for showers, it was luke-warm at best. USB outlets did not work for recharging electronics.

There was a terrible smell throughout the first floor. We hoped it was just there. Nope. Got up to the fifth floor, smelled even worse. Their pool area was filthy, and the hot tub was out of service, which was one of the main reasons we were going to stay there and they didn't say anything about it. Didn't care. Asked to switch to a room with a tub instead. Was told "I don't even know which rooms have tubs." ...ok...who does?
This was a non-refundable purchase, and I didn't even care. I got the heck out of there and went down the road to Country Inn and had an awesome experience, never staying at a Holiday Inn again.

e us feel extremely unsafe. Then I checked my credit card to look at my transactions and noticed that the property had put 4 different holds on my account for incidentals. 3 charges for $103.99 and one for $.45. I talked to the front desk and they claimed it was not on my account and that the pending charges would fall off in a few days. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I get having one charge for incidentals but 4. That’s ridiculous. So 3 days later I check my account and see that they charged me $104.44 and $.01 for a total of 104.45. I called them and asked them why I was charged for incidentals and they had no answer for me. After a back and forth they said they would refund it. But now I sit here 4 days later waiting to get refunded and getting angrier by the day. I can honestly say we will never stay at this property again. All I can say is check your cards to make sure you weren’t over charged like me. Poor cleanliness poor property upkeep. Very disappointing

It was a clean comfortable room. We stay here because we love the pool and hot tub, unfortunately both were down. The hotel did compensate us with free breakfast at Ihop, which was nice but not the same.

This was not a good experience at all. The staff were not very professional or welcoming. They did not seem knowledgeable and doing their jobs. I would not stay here again. There were multiple issues that needed to be resolved that staff were not able or competent to resolve. I was told the general manager would resolve it on Monday however, when I called on Monday that manager was off and they were not sure if she worked the following day.

No hot water! Water was basically room temperature or colder. Couldn’t shower. Waited till morning and still no hot water. Tv remote broke and rarely worked. Hotel is loud with layout of pool open to all the rooms located in center of hotel. IHOP is there Bar/restaurant. Place was dirty as all get out. Food covered most of the floor. For $40 more I’d stay at a real hotel down the street
