Our stay at the Sonesta was great do our Disneyland trip! The pool and continental breakfast were great and it’s nice breakfast is open early enough for you to rope drop. The front desk agents were wonderful, Pam gave us great advice on which beach to go to and we loved that the front desk had a pin board. We would definitely stay here again.

The Sonesta Suites was clean from top to bottom. The staff here are rock stars especially in cleaning and the breakfast room. The front desk staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and cozy. The breakfast buffet is good and I really like the variety. Pool was not working you had to go 10 min away to use a pool and pay parking, hotel lobby needs to be upgraded. They do not do daily cleanup. During breakfast I asked the male server to provide me with more cereal and was very rude about it. With all of these issues I should have gotten some time of discount.

We asked for house keeping and did not have our room serviced after calling and requesting 24 hours in advance. When I went to the desk I was told they were under staffed. I just checked out of the Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim and felt compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. We checked in on Wednesday, February 18th, and checked out today, February 22nd. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was very nice—clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a kitchen and full-size refrigerator, which was especially convenient for our family during our stay. The pool area is also beautiful, and the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and welcoming. While we did encounter a few issues with our hotel room during our stay, the hotel staff were fantastic and addressed our concerns promptly. I would especially like to acknowledge the hotel manager, Cody, who was tremendously helpful in remedying the situations that occurred and ensuring that we were taken care of. Overall, we had a positive experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone—especially families looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay near Disneyland.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Our hotel gave us the incorrect room and was supposed to correct it the next day, which they did not at any point in time. Our family of 8 squeezed into an 4 person room. Additionally, the pool was not working at all. We were also told that we could not have our room serviced until day three of our 7 day stay due to the hotel being completely booked. Lastly our vehicle was hit in the parking lot the last there and the hotel could do nothing because their cameras “do not work”. The hotel you choose for a family vacation really does matter and this was absolutely a horrific and I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
