This hotel is situated on Gran Via so in the centre of Madrid and close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Check in was easy and greeted with a glass of bubbly which is a treat. Room was available before check in time without any additional charge. The staff are brilliant. Mara and Sandra in particular couldn't do enough to make our stay top class. Rooms are large and clean. Maybe a little dated but it fits into the character of the hotel. Our room had a balcony overlooking the main road which is lively but when windows are shut they are so effiicient you don't hear any noise. Bar has a good selection and has a very nice setting. Will definitely stay here again when back in Madrid. Perfecto!
