This hotel was possibly one of our favorite parts of our Milan visit. Getting into the center of town with transit was very easy, getting back a little harder. It was a very lovely treat for our wedding anniversary! The room is beautiful and private, we enjoyed the separate entrance and the tables/chairs outside in the garden. The breakfast was lovely altho 17eur each maybe a but overprices but you do get a lot of choice and a semi table service. For parking we were lucky as they had 1 space available, the parking lot is small and has 50 spots allocated, but it was nice because they let us park the car until we had to leave for the airport which was past our check out time. All in all a very nice experience.

One night stay for business

One night stay for business. Arrived late one evening but had prewarned them and asked for a quiet room which I had. Room was spacious and equipped with most things inc fridge and coffee machine but no kettle. I'm a tea drinker so would have preferred that, but lovely breakfast, so had it there. Checked out but had afternoon to kill after a morning meeting so went back to work and leave my bag for a while. They were so accommodating and helpful. Great areas to sit and work or chill out. Was very warm and humid while there but cool inside and wonderful fragrance in the hotel!

Average hotel , very noisy , all 3 rooms we booked were facing main road , across from noisy lift too. Complained and resolution was one room was moved but no other rooms were available as hotel full. No compensation offered despite telling staff we could not get a sleeper was so noisy and we would need to go purchase ear plugs. Weren’t offered any vip discount either as advised when booking. Rooms were small , dark and bathrooms outdated. Location was ok , tram stop outside and metro not too far to walk.

This hotel could be so much more if the basics were in place. First of all when we arrived and checked into our rooms, in the first room, with 3 single beds one of the beds wasn’t even made. After a quick call this was quickly rectified but they didn’t seem ready for our arrival at all. Then with the second room we asked for a Queen bed and a single when we booked and there was only a double which was then split into 2 singles. Even after all of that the air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms. The appearance of the hotel was lovely, staff were attentive even in what was probably their second language and the location was perfect as it was close to both a tram and metro stop, however, the fundamentals were not in place so I won’t be rushing back.

This hotel is truly awful and it frustrates me when people rate a hotel excellent without going into detail about what they liked as I couldn't find anything positive about my stay. When you enter the hotel is looks like a nice modern lobby but when you enter the rooms you realise this hotel hasn't been updated in years. The rooms are dated and don't feel clean, the shower-head seems to have been added and it's cheap looking and doesn't match the shower as the water goes everywhere. The aircon in the rooms doesn't work, it's an old panel and I had to sleep 3 nights with the window open (in winter) as it was so warm. There are no usb sockets and you don't get a second key to charge devices when you're not in the hotel so not great if you are working there. Also, when you do get a second key it marks you as do not disturb when you keep it in the room The internet isn't great either as I struggled on video calls with work when there. Overall, this hotel isn't even close to a 4 star, maybe it was in the 90's or something, but now it is way behind competitors and you can find hotels much better and cheaper in Milan than this one.

We booked the Enterprise Hotel for three nights in October and chose to go for an "Executive" double room. The hotel is quite nice and is well located near public transport, we used trams 1 and 19 several times into the city. The hotel is quite nice, nice decor, friendly staff who provide good service. In the lobby area they also have large jars of sweets, which is nice for both adults and children. The rooms were incredibly large and beautiful, and there was most of what we needed (hairdryer, coffee machine, minibar, toiletries, safe, TV, bathtub, soaps etc.). The room was very quiet. We have read that people were very happy with the beds, but unfortunately, we cannot agree with that. At first there was a double duvet, the hotel changed it to two single duvets, very much appreciated by us. There were 2 pillows on each side in the bed, but both were very, very hard. The hotel changed it to something softer, but we missed a pillow menu from very soft to hard. We really appreciated the hotel for trying to solve the problems for us. And then it is the bed itself... It can be that we are 50+ and require more comfort, or that the beds are quite hard. We didn't sleep very well here, but well enough that we could enjoy the days outside in nice weather. With an executive room you also get free access to the spa. Here you had a sauna and jacuzzi as well as a sitting area with heated benches and tea. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. All in all, we were quite happy
