Pre paid and when I get there they have a sign saying that they are remodeling and no rooms all reservations will go to a Ramada Inn across the street.It was not a Ramada Inn it was a abandoned Inn that was not fit to be in business I left and getting my money back will be a problem because it was no cancel booking

I waited 40 minutes for someone to check me in and decided to leave after that. I walked down the hallway to look for someone and the hotel looked like a scene from a horror video game including the flickering light in the hallway. It smelled heavily of cigarette smoke as well. I had to go down the street and pay double for a room at the Country Inn Suites. I also wasn’t able to get a refund on the room I didn’t use because I was “checked in” even though I hadn’t.

This property was actually closed. When I got there, I was rerouted to another property across the street, a Ramada. The Ramada was really bad. Very dirty. Very few people there. No breakfast no coffee.
