Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and there was a gap on the side. Door was definitely damaged. One of the lamps did not work. The beds were probably dirty because we were itchy all night. We were also missing a chair for the desk and had to ask for them to bring in a chair. Walking through the hall we could also smell other people smoking weed. The walls are super thin too, you could hear the sounds coming from other rooms. Lastly, we were woken up at 3:30am by the fire alarm and notice. This happened TWICE. We heard other guests coming back up saying that this was an USUAL occurence in the building. There was no fire. Their fire system was having "technical difficulties". We booked two nigths with this hotel but we could not stand staying one more night so we left after the first night. Overall, worst experience ever!!

Bad stay! Ceiling fan didn't work. Towels had pubic hairs on them, electrical outlet by bed was not attached probably to wall and didn't work. Lamp beside bed was useless so we was to walk across the room in the dark to get to the bed. Toilet didn't work properly the entire stay. Told to wait over an hour for maintenance each time. Begged front desk several times for a plunger. No remote for the TV. The tiki bar area is nice however we do not reccommed staying at this hotel. Definitely overpriced!!!!

High hopes, low delivery.

The least “luxury experience” resort I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk was incredibly rude when we arrived due to being busy, eventually we got acknowledged and they were able to check us in early which was nice. The city shut off the water so our toilet didn’t run the next morning, no big deal, maintenance fixed it. However, an hour later my husband used the bathroom and couldn’t flush the toilet. All of the water to our room was shut off for over 4 hours. He told the front desk and the woman was , again, incredibly rude, getting angry at him for letting her know b/c she kept saying it was the city. It wasn’t. Turned out it was the maintenance that was going on in the room next door and no one notified us. So there was a full toilet (kinda funny) that sat there for over 4 hours. The hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. This is probably the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that doesn’t offer complimentary water in the lobby, you have to pay for water bottles (eco friendly is not a concern apparently). Everything is an upcharge, from the water, to coffee (no coffee maker in room or microwave) to chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The walls are super thin , we could hear our neighbors partying all night; which is fine, but we had our 1 y.o son with us as this was advertised as a family friendly resort. The hotel room wall was like peeling off, the siding on the corners was peeling. Overall it was a disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Decent hotel on the Beach

I had a nice room with a balcony and an ocen view. My room was somewhat renovated. I didn't like that the TV only smart tv channels and didn't have cable channels I need to use for my work during the day like CNBC. The internet was a bit shotty at times

The noise from adjacent rooms was a slight problem, the bed was comfortable but pillows were not. The heat in the room wasn’t working and it was extremely cold. The staff was friendly. The entertainment in the restaurant was exceptional.

we appreciated the early check- in since we arrived early but the pictures to what we got were deceiving .. the amount of dust in the vents in the bathroom and the AC made us cringe. We sprayed and cleaned some of it.. The mold in the shower and sliding door was present. We also sprayed! we were there for a relaxing weekend gt away ! The balcony had holes so water dripped on to the balcony so we couldn’t sit out in the morning. The beds were not mounted correctly to the bed frame that the bed moved anytime we rolled .. the sheets can use some replacing .. both beds had stains that were attempted to be hidden /. the doors have metal plates with drilled in kind of locks. the ladies that knocked on our door for room service came again after we said our room was cleaned (which is why we got early check in.) we asked that they not come in until we were leaving Monday but did any way. The balcony has no privacy to the room next door. The bar was nice vibe but dirty. One of the bar tenders was constantly rude to the DJ and other customers .. kept telling the dj to lower the music bc customers were complaining when it was the opposite. She didn’t like the “ghetto” Spanish music. Anything that wasn’t Spanish was ok to have on high. surprised to have needed to pay for lounging chairs to a beach connected to the hotel. I have never experienced that!

In desperate need of updating. Mattresses and pillows weren't comfortable, the shower only got maybe luke warm, property didn't have an ice machine or even a vending machine should you need water after 10pm. There was one place to hang a towel which was a command strip hook...that broke off by the end of the trip. When we first arrived there were no body towels in the room. The room itself had pretty thin walls so noises carried. Staff was pretty helpful other than not being able to fix the lack of hot water which was unfortunate given the unseasonably cold weather for Florida. For the price you can find more comfortable and updated accommodations in the area. I would steer clear until they put some major money into renovations.
