The hotel was under construction and was not maintained. Garbage and metal roofing qas being rossed from rooftop to walkway right at our room door. It was incredibly loud and incredibly dangerous. Was not even thrown close to caution taped iff area. Was just thrown pretty forcefully to walkway. That being said, the staff was incredibly professional. and accommodating

Convenient to the Sarasota airport. Food options dry limited by walking, a drive needed. TV / Remote did not work; obtained new batteries for remote but TV still did not work. Average cleanliness for motor inn and price range. Hair collected on socks from carpet. Mattress was memory foam and of good quality. Road noise heavy. Wall unit AC worked well and had heat option.

The hotel was conveniently located and even though is inexpensive compared to the rest of the hotels in the area. they could do better with cleanliness. sheets were dirty and they had cigarette burns. 5 min after check-in in I told them about the sheets. they said housekeeping was not available until the next day. and the next day they still didn't change the sheets because housekeeping thought they looked clean even though they had shoe prints and hairs.

The room was okay, very clean bedding, counters, mini fridge, bathroom. The rug was NOT clean and when I walked on it barefoot my feet were black with grime. I had to keep a wet washcloth at bedside for wiping my feet before getting into bed. AC worked very well. Pool was lovely, appreciated the extended hours of 7 am to 11 pm. Breakfast was okay, basic cereal, yogurts, juices. Coffee was very good and there was real half n half available. Location was on a very busy road and not many places to walk to, although I did find a gas station/convenience store which was a few buildings away and on the same side of the street.

Well........we checked in late 11pm. The parking lot was alive with people hanging out in their cars. Its like some people might be living there..carpets were dirty. Sheets clean. Bathroom clean, Tv wasn't smart so no hulu netflix, but we just slept there left room early morning came back to room late night and went to be bed. Never looked at pool area. But I Never even thought about bring realitives, that we were visitng back to our room thats how nice it was....Nice and quiet to sleep Not sure ac worked it was on but the weather wasn't hot yet. Used it as white noise. While i was there i looked at some air bnb's that were in the area and will do that next time. It was a place to sleep and that how i used it.
