Great value!

The check-in process was oddly cumbersome. I've stayed at a lot of hotels, and they had a pretty tedious process of agreements, signatures, both digital and paper. There was actually a really long line as a result! Great value and nice updates, especially given the price. I appreciated the black-out window coverings, as I am not a morning person! On that note, I wish their breakfast was offered later, especially on weekends. 6:00am-9:00am every day of the week. I'm used to hotels having different hours on the weekend. 7:00-10:00 would be nice! Just a personal preference. Everything I'd expect from an affordable accommodation. Large TV, fridge and microwave in rooms, snacks and beverages available at the front desk. Would stay again!

3 queen beds in one room

Quick stop on a last minute road trip due to canceled flight. Easy to book last minute. Had 3 beds in one room for our family of 6 was amazing, more hotels should offer this option.

Nice friendly staff, slept great

This was just a stop to sleep while passing through. It’s great for that. It’s an older hotel but they are doing good in keeping things clean, bedding, towels, floors. Technology as far as usb ports in rooms by lamps is good. Beds were comfortable. They provided pancakes, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, muffins, coffee, juices, teas etc. Simone available at front desk. Ice machine worked. Towels were stocked in rooms. Really don’t have any complaints as long as you remember this is not a new property and keep that in mind and don’t expect to be staying at one. It doesn’t have an elevator so keep that in mind if you get a second floor room there are steps so call ahead if you need a special accommodation for a first floor room.

Better than average. Updated rooms.

Rooms have been updated with vinyl flooring and newer furniture. Larger than average TV, although the tv guide in the hotel info book was wrong and the guide on the TV had no listings! When the desk clerk was asked for an updated channel guide, he said they didn’t have one. Very frustrating to find anything on the TV. Otherwise, clean and well kept.

Air Freshener smell was obnoxious

This was an older, renovated hotel. The air freshener used in the room was overwhelmingly strong. The breakfast was very sparse, with few options. The room was clean, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Bed was comfortable but ???

Our checkin was rough. It. Was the employee’s 3rd day. First of all he spoke very poor English. Secondly I inquired about the hotels frequent stay club and he knew nothing about it 😞. Third, our tv wasn’t working and my husband inquired about it at the desk, he said “it’s my third day and I don’t know anything about it”. How about “would you like a different room?” Or “let’s try a different remote?” After driving 9 hours, we looked. Forward to watching tv. Also the breakfast was a joke. It’s better to serve nothing but “good coffee, and nothing else” than a very poor breakfast and instant coffee.

Some minor issues

Our room was neat and clean and located near the lobby. In the evening, it was clear that someone was performing some type of carpentry in the lobby, but it did not go past 10:00 p.m. At breakfast, a GFCI circuit tripped and couldn't be reset. The coffee machine was questionable, which may have been due to the GFCI.
