Quick stay

Bed was great and we were only there to sleep. It was easy to hear everything in the rooms beside us. Breakfast was lacking. Had to find our own napkins and sugar in the cupboards. Ran out of yogurt. Waffle maker was off but still warm so we didn’t notice until it was too late and the waffle was wasted.

Decent stay

It was a clean, safe place to stay. Front desk staff was not too friendly or helpful. Room was great. Breakfast was ok but some things missing and again, staff was not taking care of the room's cleanliness or stocking the breakfast items like coffee machine or cups or syrup.

Great Stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and in good repair. We had a jacuzzi suite and itnfunctioned perfectly. The tile around the jetted tub was a little dated, in terms of decor, but it was clean and relaxing. Breakfast offered a nice mix of options. And even though it was on Huron Church Rd--a very busy route to the Canada/US Border it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend.

I have stayed at this property before with no issues. This time our first morning the continental breakfast options were very limited and when asked if they had more we were told no. This was just after 7am! Around 1030am on morning one we had a knock at our door bringing a pillow we had requested the night before at 931pm. Came back to our room late night two to find out our room had not been cleaned leaving our room with no toilet paper! Had to go to the front desk twice to request it before it was brought to our room. Requested to speak with a manager upon check out and was told they would be in later that day. Called later when we arrived home and was told Manager is gone away for one week and was hung up on! I have 2 more reservations booked with this same hotel in the next 60 days! Still no call from the manager so now looking for alternate accomodations.

Although the noise level didn’t bother our sleep, it is worth noting for light sleepers the hotel is very near the ECRow Expressway. Huron Church is busy with transport trucks.

I specifically requested to room with a jacuzzi tub even paid premium for this room. There where no instructions on how to turn r to he jets on called the front desk to enquire and was told he was busy and phone me back. Well that didn’t happen. So didn’t get to use the jets. On check out the desk attendant was unhelpful only tried to blame his colleagues and told me I should have come to the front desk instead of phoning them. The hotel is surrounded by more quality properties that wheee also cheaper but I wanted the jacuzzi. The room was a hair above dirty and speaking of hairs there was one greeting me in the bathroom. The breakfast was very sub par as well rhe breakfast room was three miserable tables that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Terrible place don’t waste your time or money. I know I won’t ever stay in a super 8 ever again. On a side note the place reminds me of a place that ladies of the night would frequent.
