Great location, lacking basic amenities

The hotel was decorated beautifully and the staff were very kind. However, there were no towels in the room, only sheets (no comforter) on the bed, and the hot water was very sporadic. The pool was also not available due to water problems. The beds were very uncomfortable as they were hard as rocks. It was in a favorable location though and it was a quick walk to the ferry, beach, and centro.

Pues el Hotel se ve fisicamente bien el gran problema es el ruido, pareciera que tiene paredes de papel, todo absolutamente todo se escucha: las voces, las risas, los murmullos, las pisadas, si se cae algo, los estornudos, los portazos, sin exagerar todooo como si lo tuvieras a un metro de distancia hace muy complicado el descanso! El internet es malo no tiene buena señal y eso que estabamos relativamente cerca de la recepción

Me cancelaron el hotel que ya tenía reservado y qué bueno porque encontré este por el mismo precio y mucho mejor. La habitación super amplia, regadera con muy buena presión y agua caliente. La playa está a 10 minutos caminando. Todo muy bien.

Tiene buena ubicación y fácil de localizar, las personas son realmente muy amables y accesibles, en la habitación las sábanas son muy ligeras y la cama no tan cómoda, no hay tapete en el baño y eso hace que haya agua en todo el baño, pero creo que está bien por el precio, solo tomar en cuenta los detalles 😌

Las instalaciones son limpias: pero por las noches dejan sola la recepción y puerta pro copal de acceso abiertas sin seguridad. Al llegar recepción te ofrece refrigerador para guardar alimentos, sin embargo, y aunque existe una puerta de acceso y control al área de refrigerador y cocina, se comen lo que dejas y les vale un rábano darte una explicación
