It was wonderful experience for us to staying in Tomariehotel as a family trip. The room was big and well equipped with all the kitchen appliances. That’s perfect for family with infant and kids. Even though the location is a little bit far from the Hakata station, but still acceptable. Just 10mins walk from hakata station. Willing to stay again when we visit hakata again. Highly recommend for any trip with infant and elderly

It is an umanned hotel but staff communication is excellent. Our boy left his 9 years old eevee plushie in the hotel when we checked out and the staff helped us to locate and arrange for its repatriation. We are so ever grateful for this. Clean, specious and comfortable room (with washer/dryer!), walking distance to Hakata Station, 10-15mins drive to airport. A great place to call home when visiting Fukuoka.

Check-in instruction has some room for improvement. Surprised to see that keys are used in an unmanned (apartment) hotel. The room key was stored in a box on the door and a pin is needed to open the box. (Instructions are not very clear about how to open the box.) Since you anyway need a pin, why not just change it to electronic locks? After finally entering the room, I found there was no hot water in the shower. It turned out it was shut down due to some reason (overheated or something) and I needed to reset it in the kitchen. The owner could have written the instructions on the wall of the shower room. The room is spacious, clean and has three beds. But for a solo business traveler, the other two beds were redundant and wished there were more room on the counter of the bathroom. Hotel close to main roads and could be a bit noisy at night when cars pass by, especially for beds close to windows.

We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy.

Very poor hotel. Check in is chaotic with one terminal and not easy and we have to wait for a long time. The room was smelly when we walked in, sewage smelled front toilet. Washing machine is dirty and smell too. No hot water and we cannot have any shower after a long flight. A very bad decision to choose this hotel.
