Newly renovated top to bottom. Double Queen room is a little snug, but clean and quiet. Pool are is fantastic, they have a cold plunge, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a steam room. Location is great, super walkable everywhere. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location. The hydrotherapy area was top notch, rivaling many paid spa experiences elsewhere. I will recommend to friends, and I will be back for sure!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The water spa was incredible- best facility that I have ever experienced at a hotel. Modern, impeccably clean, all the options you want- pool, sauna, cold plunge, steam room, private cabana area, drink service. Just excellent! Marc J, the Manager, was so welcoming and friendly. He even helped us book dinner reservations for the following night. The restaurant next door , The Fat Ox, had delicious food- had GF pasta with elk bolognese sauce!! Sooooo good. Thank you to the staff at The Kenrick!!

Not worth the price

The room and the hotel was not worth paying $879.55 per night. The bathroom was tiny, the sinks were on the outside. Overall the room did not feel luxurious at all, their service wasn’t great either. The location is good and the pool was okay.

Very quiet and peaceful despite current renovation.Our room 2beds with a mountanview was overall great design. Although our bathroom space was small and tight squeeze for the toilet bowl and door. Aircon worked. Love the bedsheets and firm beds. Nespresso was a great help us wake us up with great coffee as I watch from the balcony. Parking was good though small for entrance with our 2025 SUV rental. We missed the pool and spa as it was closed not to open til June 25. Kudos to the staff. Front manager Mark was super nice and accommodating from the start. He even showed me the pool under construction as was advertised in the website. He gave us our Roam bus tickets as complimentary .The Hotel was close to almost anything so the location was perfect. The fat Ox served us breakfast that was so great. I highly recommend this hotel hoping that the pool and spa opens to the guest
