Not worth the price and definitely not a 9.
First of all, the room was clean and fairly well maintained. However, there's no way this is a "9". I paid $180 for each of a two night stay but this is a $120/night hotel or less, despite the location and being the only "hotel" in town.
Elevator- Doesn't work and never will according to the front desk clerk. Can't get parts. So you have to hoof it to the 3rd of 4th floor. No second floor. (huh?, yeah, me too)
TV - these are 20 year old, 720dp, 32 inch tv's. The remote situation is antiquated. You can't scroll through the guide; you have to let it refresh through available channels.
Breakfast - typical for this type of low-end hotel (think Drury or Hampton) but more limited in options.
Beds - fine. The smaller square pillows. Some people like them, others not so much.
Room - clean and fine. Larger than expected.
Bathroom - again, clean and fine, but it's a tub with a curtain. I understand families with small kids prefer this, but a walk in shower is preferred.
The bottom line is that this hotel is 20+ years old and it's not getting renovated. Once the Ballpark is complete, other hotels will move in (should move in) and Sleep Inn will be out of business. It's okay, but not for the price I paid. Not quite highway robbery but close.
