No Sleep

The people in the room two doors down fought all night and we didn't get any sleep. The police didn't come till around 5 in the morning. I Kno it's not the hotel's fault but they couldn't credit us for one night because we prepaid. I feel like we are due a refund for one night.

Very confused about lacking staples!!!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and know exactly what to expect but not this: After a late night arrival I wanted to take a shower and had no shower curtain in the bathroom. I went to call the front desk and had no phone in the room. I used my own. The front desk lady was excellent and immediately brought me a shower curtain and could not believe I didn’t have a phone. I also mentioned to her that the usual sound machine that is a staple at that hotel was also missing. She apologized profusely for something clearly not her fault. Housekeeping needs to step it up!

Beware!!!

Great location, however while it appeared clean I left with flea or bed bug bites. First time ever, but I have to remember the rule of thumb. Hotels with walk up entrance are usually motel quality. You pay for parking which is a rip off. Pool wasn't clean and I was asked to pay $30 for early check in. Thats different...Savannah was a great place to visit but this hotel was absolutely terrible. Definitely, would not recommend.

We lived Savannah! Hotel was good.

It was a quick stay, but beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, place was nice, location was great. Parking was not easy and we received partial information from the hotel. Not good, we had to pay 40 dollars for parking AND got a ticket in the overflow lit because of lack of information by the hotel.

Dans l'ensemble séjour plutôt bien, hôtel proche de tout, en terme de points d'intérêts, pour acheter, resto... Le personnel est vraiment agréable, serviable. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner qui manque. Sur 2 matins, je n'ai rien pû avoir, sauf de l'eau chaude et un fruit car trop de monde, sans compter les gens qui prennent d'énormes quantités sans penser aux autres. Mais malheureusement, c'est le propre de l'humain.

Correct dans l'ensemble mais service à revoir.

Très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Savannah. Personnel d'accueil assez désagréable. De plus il manquait une serviette dans notre chambre, et les gels douche et shampoings étaient entamés. Les fenêtres donnent directement sur le couloir d'accès aux chambres qui se trouve en extérieur, donc obligé de fermer les rideaux en permanence pour avoir un peu d'intimité. L'hôtel est proche d'une rue assez passante, donc à la moindre sirène ou klaxon, on entend tout. On a eu en plus l'alarme d'une voiture sur le parking qui a sonné à 3h du matin. La parking de l'hôtel est d'ailleurs à 36$ par nuit, donc mieux vaut aller se garer sur Indian St ou River St où le stationnement est gratuit et proche. Le petit déjeuner est très correct, au dessus de ce qu'on peut trouver dans les hôtels de cette catégorie, mais malheureusement comme dans tous les Wyndham, vaisselle jetable à tout va.

Not what we expected

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. I chose it after reading the reviews, but did not experience any of the positive features others mentioned. Our room was out dated, box springs were torn and the carpet was so filthy, I wouldn't walk bare foot or even with socks. Our room was on the ground floor, and we were woken up at 5 am by a man screaming expletives on the phone outside our door. The breakfast "buffet" was sparse to say the least Companion tried two cups of the coffee, but couldn't drink them. They hot food trays wete empty both times we tried to eat breakfast and the floor in the dining area was dirty with trash under the tables. The only positive was the location, close to dining and shops. The photos of the hotel need to be updated too. Very misleading.

Dont book this !

Check-in was fine. Lady at reception was the best thing about the stay. Room was worn, carpet was very dirty to the point where no one could take of their shoes. Door would not close all the way. Foul smell in the room. Best thing was that we only booked one night.

Do not recommend.

The room smelled so bad after mold we couldn’t sleep so we asked to be moved to another room. This also smelled like mold. We barely slept the first night. The second night same issue and then we woke up at 3 am with bug bites all over. So we left at 3 am as we were so uncomfortable. The hotel is a the very end of the district far from most things and at night it is not safe with many people around doing illegal things.

The room was dingy and dirty. There were someone else’s clothes hanging in the closet when I entered the room. The room had a musty smell, and the air unit was not working. There was a connecting door, and I could hear the person in the next room snoring the entire night. There was also only one functional lamp in the main room.
