Having breakfast was a reason I selected it and it was very underwhelming. Options were a muffin the first day and bread the next 2, cereal and only one milk option(an alternative choice would have been greatly appreciated) and diy waffles with sugarFULL syrup(a sugarfree version should be provided) the counter was a mess! Adding bacon, eggs, and some fresh fruit besides mandarins that were bruised and black spotted would really bring it up, maybe some yogurt cups as well. Like view was nice and the geese were great alarm clocks

Rooms were poor, stains on the sheets and bankets, wife got a shard of broken glass in her foot in our hotel room. The pictures online of the hotel and rooms are 10 years old, it DOES NOT look like the photos! If you are requiring a place to sleep and do not mind the "seedy hotel" vibe it will do

We did not have time to use the pool as the hours were 3-10, and we were not in property at those times. We also could not eat breakfast due to it not being open until 7am. The property is dated a bit. We were by the side entrance door and there was a lot of noise. There was a hole in the window. The curtains could not close due to clips at the top missing. The floor, refrigerator, and tops of the drawers were very sticky. We did clean them. There was a half full bottle of Pepsi in the sink areas for the dinette. There was a strong odor by the door that filtered into our room. The handle for the shower was very hard to turn and very dated. Water was not very warm. For the pros. The staff was super nice and quickly rectified the remote issue. Tv was very big and nice. They are currently renovating. The bed was clean and super comfortable. We spent some time beside the river and it was very peaceful. We would stay again. Staff tries very hard and all of those we spoke to were amazing.

The food was good in the restaurant. The bar was nice. The staff were friendly. The breakfast could've used more attention. The rooms could've been cleaner. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in and out process was quick and easy. There was a small fridge and microwave that came in handy. There were a couple things that couldve used repairs, but they didnt take away from the functionality. Overall it was what we expected.
