Our kitchen was missing a few items. The breakfast in the mornings was about the worst continental breakfast i have ever had. You were lucky to get a hard boiled egg and cereal. Coffee was cold. So disappointed because i have stayed there before.

Parking was sufficient. Staff was friendly although it seemed they were short staffed. There was regularly a note at the front desk that they were gone doing laundry or other tasks. Towels were see through and we had to get more because 3 towels for 5 people wasn't going to cut it. There was no bedding provided for the pullout couch and when we asked for some they didn't have any clean. Not a big deal we could wait. But when they gave us bedding there was no extra blankets just sheets. The regular beds were the equivalent of sleeping on plywood. The included breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, cereal.

I made reservations for this place a week before boys tournament and when I got there. They said my name wasn’t in the system and then said they tried calling me. I told them only Calls that I received had been spam and never left message just only said help on voicemail and they said yes that was us if you have a iPhone that’s what it does. Then said they left me a voicemail. Well when I looked at my phone they did call at 7:45 that morning and left a voicemail saying they didn’t have availability and they were cancelling my room and I traveled 2hrs 1/2 with my children to not have a room then go around looking for a room because we were there for tournaments. My problem if you called me before hand why not leave a voicemail like you did the day you knew I was coming up.

I had to ask for new sheets because the original sheets were on the bed and dirty. The shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned out and there was a mass of lady hugs that just kept growing. You couldnt reach the front desk by the phone even though they had it set up like it should be able to. I was suppose to stay 2 nights and i ended up leaving early and didnt stay the second night because i was so grossed out

The hotel itself was great. However. There was a room next to me, who had rap music blasting so loud it was overpowering my tv, shaking the sconce light on the wall to the point it sounded liike a bell ringing. This eent on til after 4am both morning, despite front desk calling them.

The room was clean but we had ladybugs. It is that time of year. Staff was very nice. Disappointed when we went to get breakfast and you no longer had pancakes biscuits and gravey and eggs. The first morning we didn’t get anything because there were basketball players there and had wiped out everything. The hotel was completely booked.

We escaped to this hotel during the recent ice storm and were pleased with nearly everything about it. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for me to do work with my husband there. The walls are a bit thin; the guest(s) in the room next door ran the TV loudly all night the first night we were there. Also, the bathroom could have benefitted from some additional counter space, and the toilet had no lid. But the staff was super kind, friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our needs at the time.

Hotel was good. Check-in guy, not so much. I had booked as “pay at hotel” and when i arrived, they had charged two separate charges on my card before check-in, and argued with me about checking in on my AmEx. Once they did check me in on my Amex, they successfully overdraft my entire bank account otherwise. Im not happy. I didnt even get to leave my room.
