OUTDATED FURNITURE, older property! Our room was not ready at check in time. When we finally got access to our room it smelled stuffy, floors, toilet and tub were so dirty we had to call the maintenance crew, they said they would do a completely cleanup job the day after, but they didn’t go. The furniture was dusty and the mini fridge was filled with water inside. Do not recommend staying there!

We booked a 4 night stay. The rooms are out dated and need updated but the rooms were clean. The pools were not heated but they are well kept and clean. We enjoyed the amenities including putt putt, arcade, and one of the grills available for having a cook out. Security was active patroling the property. All requests and issues were quickly handled and customer service was excellent.

The price initially seemed reasonable and the location is very convenient, which were the main positives. However, the room itself was not good at all and did not meet expectations. I was also surprised by additional fees upon arrival. I was charged for checking in just two hours early, and there were extra fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking. Transparency would have made a big difference. On top of that, the room lacked basic amenities—there wasn’t even a table to eat at. Considering the final price I ended up paying, I could have stayed somewhere much better. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Pictures were deceiving. Nothing like pictured.Terrible decision and will never stay there again. Room needed updates. Curtains so thin and worn out you could see through them through holes when the sun was shining on them. Beds were terrible. Worn out pullout beds with thin mattress toppers and king size bed was sunken in the middle. Game room took money from me and you have to email the owner or this website to get your money back. Still waiting to hear back as of today (3 days later) probably won’t get that back. Putt putt worn out, no turf or synthetic grass to play on. Every hole filled with nasty water. Tiki bar and grill closed early majority of the days. Never once able to enjoy. Tiki bar ran out of alcohol and unable to make certain drinks the only night it stayed opened. Poorly managed. The day we checked out air conditioning was out and front lobby was setting up portable air conditioning. Not once was I offered some of my money back for false advertising. Poor management and not a good way to conduct business. Stay far, far away.

Pros: Hotel lobby and common areas are decently maintained and clean. Cons: Rooms are not cleaned or serviced at all unless you stay longer than 8 days. Even when we requested items brought to our room such as towels, they were not brought. Understaffed. Very old furniture and decor in rooms. Rooms smell musty and mouldy. Hidden resort fee of around $14 USD per day charged upon checkout, even though hotels.com claimed that taxes and fees were included in their price.

This hotel is perplexing. Good location, seemingly good pool, etc. Rooms are incredibly outdated, walls are paper thin. With normal conversations and movement it sounded like the people normally talking next door were sitting at the table with me. And any walking around upstairs sounded like a marching band. The all-tiles flooring didn't help it. Rooms were well stocked with cooking utensils and pans etc in the kitchen. This could be really good, but it's not. Whoever was at the front desk wasn't very friendly just pointing me to the computer check in terminals which are labeled incorrectly. Screen says scan drivers license face down, machine says face up (or vice versa) - neither worked.

It was an ok room, just not what the description said it would be. It said jacuzzi tub, but was not. There was no landline phone in the room in case of emergency, either. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes/cookware. Staff was helpful and friendly. Not a terrible place, but we just expected more due to the description.

Check in was at 4pm checked in at 3:30 pm.didn’t get a room until 5:15 pm. walk in room German roaches running across the counter and cabinets. Take photos and videos to show front desk. She tried to tell me she couldn’t put me in another room. I told her I refuse to be in a room with roaches. Put me in a room with a walk in shower. Was suppose to be I a room with a jacuzzi tub. Front desk staff was rude and not much help. This place looks nothing like the pictures. Overall bad experience

The bed was most comfortable we have ever had. From there it was downhill. Only 2 of 4 pools heated (and they where still cool) . If you didn't get to one early forget about it. Other pools few chairs and lounges. Only 2 tables with umbrella's We booked for 3 weeks and most of the time it was not full, and still couldn't get lounge chair....we won't be going back....
