Great place, a lot of authentic food spots nearby, very clean neat rooms with a view on active intersection. We are beyond grateful to the staff that found and preserved things important to us that we forgot in the room. Overall it is an excellent spot for someone who wants peace and quiet in the room, succulent meals in 5 minutes walk and crazy night life of Akihabara in 10 minutes walk.

The small kitchenette was fine, as was the small washer/dryer unit we used daily. The bath/shower, sink, and toilet were all separate, which was very efficient for our family of 4. Our 2 kids slept on the bunk beds (converted from the couch on bottom) and my wife and I actually separated the other adjoined beds. A code is required to enter the lobby after hours, which is separate from the elevator code, which is separate from the door code. The space is a bit tight but fit our family fine.
