worst place ever!!!

This was the worst place ever we did a late check in they did not tell us about their parking policy so in the middle of the night our truck was towed because of no back in parking. The tow cost me $150. the free breakfast was terrible the beds were uncomfortable and the room was so in clean with black mold in the bathroom it took about six weeks to get a refund on the towing bill because I complained like hell we also called the cops that morning when my truck was towed. The tow guy was the biggest jerk. Took us 3 hours to get my truck back. worst hotel EVER!!! if I could do it all over again I would be happy to pay an extra hundred dollars a night somewhere else . do not rent here I cannot emphasize that enough !

Roach Motel

It was horrible, the place looked abandoned there was actual trash everywhere and when we got to the room it was still dirty from the last guests. I went to the front desk and checked out. I need to see if they refunded my money. The girl at the front desk said we’re shutting down in a week.

Room size is good the sheets and towels were clean. The sink was coming apart and there was black mold on the ceiling. Not bad for the price though.

Great service and staff, stayed with my daughter for two weeks and had no issues or problems if any kind other than the 1st shift manger was rude and treated me like he was better than me till I was able to make him understand his job title is customer service and customer satisfaction and if he’s isn’t able to be polite and job correctly he should find a different career. He acted correctly afterwards

Worst experience ever

Probably the most underwhelming hotel experience I’ve ever had. The building ac didn’t work it was a Terrible Oder in the room. The refrigerator was broken. There were Nats in the apartment. I left the sign for maid service and no one came. They cut off the ice and vending machines outside which was incredible since there were maybe a max of 15 guest there.

Location was nice . Bedding sheet covers had oil stains in them, roaches scatter when light came on , tv in and out service not sure if it’s hotel fault or service but it’s the principle. definitely sucks this place . Both beds looked like they weren’t clean and I’ve stayed all over the world . Definitely feels like 3rd world country

Disgusting, filthy motel.

This place was very dirty, from the side tables to the toilet, coffee maker was dirty. The restroom DID NOT have not even have a half a roll of tissue. Explained to the front we need tissue and her response was maids aren't in, this wasn't even worth $67 and change I got charged for, extremely disappointed, they had people smoking, whistling and what not outside my room at crazy hours, I honestly didn't sleep, afraid someone will steal my vehicle or break in, the motel was not lit, street lights were broke or very dim.

6/10 Good

This was once a nice property but the rooms stink badly and the paint does nothing to cover it up. The smoke alarm was not hooked up. There were minimal outlets and not in convenient places. There was no breaksfast as advertised. Would not stay here again.

6/10 Good

There was mold on the ceiling and on the toilet in room 214, food wrappers on the floor, the lobby room wasn't vacuumed the whole time we were there. It was so sad because the architecture and landscape was so beautiful but they don't take care of it. I'd love to see new management come in and take care of this property. There is a lot of potential here.

too much to tell about what i did not like. the motel satisfied my low-level of needs but i found trash on the floor and stains on the sheets when it got light in the morning. these things were not well received when i showed the office in the morning. terrible customer service in that way. the worst. Dobson "Ranch" is not a resort. it is a sleazy motel. normally that would not bother me but the place portrayed itself as a resort type of place on Amazon. if it were not for the reception desk nastiness after i complained about cleanliness i would not have paid much attention given the price. but the regular price as stated on expedia would have been ridiculous for such a place.

Department of Health worthy!

Department of Health should shut this place down. Bathroom lobby was a mess, but went to my room and you first were met with the smell of overwhelming cleaning product - possibly carpet cleaner, it made your eyes burn and throat scratchy. Then I looked at the bathroom - stains on the carpet, the bathtub had a clean/folded washcloth and towel in the basin, water was dripping /running, the drain was missing, the drain lever was hanging down causing a whole in the tub, rust marks everywhere. I could not turn on the lamp, so I moved the table to plug in and found disgusting items including food behind that and bed. looked at bed - stains, cigarette holes pillows stained too. Two other friends rooms were the same. In addition they had missing tiles, overwhelming cigarette and mold smells. Based on the other people I saw, it may have been an extended stay type place. All sites should take this off their list of places to stay. We did not end up staying there and are having a horrible time getting our money back from Hotels.com. The hotel said we have to go through them. We have not had a great time getting in touch with any management at the hotel either. Makes you consider not using these travel sites to book hotels - would have been easier direct.

Just horrible

The lobby smelled like something rotted there. Their lobby restroom was disgusting, and with all going on in the world was very concerning. The place was dark and sketchy. Air conditioner did not work. Beds were pure spring and very uncomfortable. The place smelled muggy and moldy. Would never stay there again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
