Bed was horrible, bathroom was from the 70’s. Whole place was run down and needed a lot of money spent to get it up to a decent respectable standard for the price they’re charging.

Rundown

It’s ok. Old, rundown and the bed was really quite terrible, very soft. The location was great, walking distance to the main strip. Would only stay here again if there were no other options, which is how we ended up here

Pretty average, but decent enough

It was alright. The bed was squeeky, wall plugs were so loose that anything you plug in needs to have something propping it up, room was loud and really not too modern. Honestly, the stay wasnt bad. The room was clean, no bedbugs or anything, and breakfast wasnt too bad.

Check in was a nightmare, we showed up and the guy at the counter gave us attitude said we are an hour early. We could have left but he checked us in. Went to the room ot was disgusting looked like there was a fight in the room prior. Went back down he said get your bags out take this room. Ended up opening the door and it was already taken with other peoples things in it. Went back down he was super annoyed at me like it was my fault. Gave us another set of keys but it was the wrong room.. finally get our room... it was very dark and dingy. The shower head was for a child im 5"10 and had to bend my knees to get u der it. Plug ins shocked us all of them. They had an extention cord for the light between the beds but it was only a 2 plug socket and the light was a 3. So the ground plug was sticking outside the plus. Coffee machine in the room was filthy. Sheets hadnt been changed from the last guest still food in the bed. Air conditioner above the door was completely caked with black mold or wet dirt amd was leaking above the door. Everything including the pool looked run down and nasty. Breakfast was nothing ro speak of. Completely waste of money not worth anyones visit. Female cleaning staff was nice but the front desk guy was a complete and utter useless ignorant human.

Enjoyed the continental breakfast; yogurt, juice, fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee. The beds were uncomfortable but the room was spacious. Could do with upgrades. Did the trick for our three days stay.

Not acceptable. The bed looked like cots. The bedding was dirty and stained. And the room had a funky smell the minute we walked in. I refused to stay there and found a real place a few blocks away.

Nothing fancy, but worked for the night. Our security detail approved the outer premise and check in was easy. No bed bugs and like the three bears we all had separate beds, mine was just right! Free but basic breakfast was nice and not too hot or too cold!

Great place to stay.

Awesome staff. Floor in the room was not too clean as turned white socks black. Parking lot has a lot of coal piles from work trucks. Overall happy with our stay though.

Fernie get away.

The room was nice, but we had to switch beds as one bed was a little uncomfortable. There was intermittent noise throughout the night, above us. It sounded like someone was moving furniture around. It went on and off through the night, as if someone was moving in or moving out. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for us except for the one bed. All we did was switch beds in the middle of the night.
