The hotel also gave us a full sheet of paper with recommendations of places to eat and they were all great and quite affordable! Hotel Corso was within walking distance of all of the sights, shops, and restaurants that people travel to Naples to see. It also had a roof terrace that had lovely views of the tops of the churches. The staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location in Florence!

The hotel could not have been better located near all the best sites in Florence. Be prepared to walk a lot of steps up to your room but we had a marvelous time.

Our trip to Italy was due to a medical emergency for our daughter and after being here one week, we were informed by the doctors that we would have to extend our stay for another week. If you like the party scene stay here. I do not like the party scene and we were woken up at 4 am every morning by people screaming in the street below after leaving the bar. You also have to climb many large stairs to get here. The shower had barely any water pressure. The staff of course were amazing and accommodating

Fabulous!

Very pleasant stay at Hotel del Corso and a fantastic location in the centre of the city. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were all very helpful. Only couple of things to note…the shower door was not sealed at the bottom so when you take a shower, make sure there is a towel at the bottom otherwise you’ll get a very wet bathroom floor! Secondly, if you sleep with the window open, we found it a little bit noisy with some revellers in the street at 1am. Nothing major but worth mentioning.

Nightmare!

It was my worst stay ever. Arrived at the hotel with my two daughters with 10 and 9 years old plus 4 suitcases and 4 backpacks. It was almost 38 Celsius degrees in Firenze. No reception downstairs. No bell boy. No elevator. We got to the stairs to the 1st floor. My kids starting complaining that the place is not well maintained and they do not want to stay there. We get into the front desk and we were informed that check in is supposed to be at 3pm. I looked into my Expedia reservation and it says it’s 2pm. Maria is able to get us into the room around 2:15pm. The air conditioning is not on and the room is very hot. Ok, we talk to the kids that this is just a matter of time. It’s 1am and the room it’s still hot. We send a message thru app to the management asking for help. No help. We received an answer in the morning that for these matters we should call to an emergency number. We decided to check out immediately as my kids said: this is not vacation. I asked to check out a day before and give back my keys at 9am. The receptionist tells me that I can’t checkout. I ask about the air conditioning that is not working. She says she will call someone to fix it. We decided to go. The elevator is broken. We need to get down by the stairs. We decided to leave not only the hotel, but Firenze. In one word: nightmare!

This hotel is by far one of the best locations in town. it is minutes away from every tourist attraction out there. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room size is amazing. There was three of us and there was more than enough space for all of us to put our bags. Again, for the price this location is perfect. Enjoy your stay here. Highly recommend recommended..
