This was a beautiful vintage estate and the staff was amazing, great breakfast accommodations but for seniors that are disabled it was quite a challenge with all the stairs. The huge bathtub/shower was hard to get in and the cable tv needs updating but for one night it was great for what we needed to be close to the state Capital. The air conditioning was a little hard to keep both rooms cool at the same time. Overall I was impressed.

The place is located in a safe neighborhood with lots of other residential houses. You will feel safe to go for an evening walk. It is also close to downtown, less than 10 minutes away. The room had two queen beds (much appreciated!) and it was clean. The please is an olds mansion type accommodation. The windows seem to be original, along with the boxes of the building. The stairs are very squeaky, as I would expect them to be! The location is fantastic - near many little bars, restaurants and stores. I stayed here because I was having outpatient surgery at Mercy Medical. It was close and easy to get to. They offer a quick breakfast. I wasn’t able to sample due the surgery. I did look at the offerings…they had warm hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, toast, English muffin. Very nice selection and seating at tables with table clothes and real silverware!
