There was no room cleaning for the 4 days we were there. I understand that sometimes you may need to request it or resources are limited, but after asking 3 different days, I got 3 completely different answers on the reason...front desk said I'm supposed to put out a card on door, another front desk person (different day) said no problem, we'll clean it tomorrow, it never happened. I ran into one of the staff cleaning ladies and asked politely any chance the room could be serviced. She indicated they only cleaned rooms on certain days but would make an exception for me. I said I don't need it clean but if we could just have fresh towels and toilet paper (we only had two towels and were out of toilet paper)...Why would the staff who work in the same property have 3 different answers...it made me think the front desk just said anything to pacify the customer but had no intention of following up. If I was told up front, that rooms are only cleaned on xx day, etc, it all would be fine and I would accept that. I just felt the staff either do not know or purposely misrepresented.
