It’s a real shame. I used to love staying here when it was the Versace, but this was my first visit since the change of ownership, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to its legacy. The rooms have noticeably deteriorated, and the hotel overall feels tired and poorly maintained, as if it’s simply being left to age without care. It now feels like a 3-star experience, but the price tag doesn’t reflect that drop in quality. The one highlight was the staff. Every team member I encountered was genuinely warm, friendly and professional. They were the saving grace of an otherwise disappointing stay.
