Breakfast is very good and saves both dollars and time. It is a hot breakfast with sausages and waffles plus the usual fruit and pastries. The staff are very nice to chat with and appreciate their job. A suggestion is if you arrive late and come the back way by GPS there for the 1st time, walk around to find the actual entrance as there is no signage indicating where the actual entrance is. Asking other tenants doesn't help. There you buzz and will be attended to and make transactions behind a proected window with a money drawer. Calling the phone does not help. Otherwise very nice staff, quiet location and fair rates.

The pool was awesome and they played fun music. The breakfast was good too. We slept in the first day and didn’t have to rush or change rooms because the staff was so helpful and accommodating that they figured out how to get us another night in the same room the day of!! Everyone was friendly and happy and helpful and the hotel is so beautiful I’m shocked at the affordable price! Really great place to stay!

We had planned a two days stay here however as soon as we pulled up, I was pretty sure that was not going to happen. The neighborhood the hotel was in was not great. We felt a little bit better when we checked in as the staff was friendly, and the lobby was updated and well cared for however, there was a glass partition up for people to check in at night, which again goes back to the neighborhood of the location when we went around the hotel to park the only area to park in was behind the motel, and I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there we went into the room, which did seem clean enough and appeared to have been recently updated, though there was a lingering smell of old smoke. We tried to relax and went out by the pool, but again the surrounding area made us uneasy, and we wound up packing up and leaving within an hour of being there within a half a block of pulling away resort it appeared to be two separate strung out women. This place made me question my trust in the reviews on this site as it was nowhere near the fabulous reviews and received, though again the room itself was clean enough.

The Staff are amazing. It's a Family owned and operated business. Their pride of ownership shows in every aspect of the hotel. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. The rooms are updated and modernized with a nice size refrigerator and a powerful microwave. Easy access to the rooms and the pool. Great selection in the vending machines with prices lower than most vending machines. The breakfast buffet is the icing on the cake. If you have to stay in Zephyrhills, this is the place you want to stay.

The breakfast is excellent with lot's to choose and eat from. The staff is very friendly and do their best. Coming in at night at 930PM at the rear of the hotel for the first time there was no indication where the front desk was as an entrance door was locked. No answer after calling. Finally, a guest directed us to the proper front entrance to use a buzzer.
