DO NOT STAY HERE
DO NOT STAY HERE!! We arrived at 5pm, check-in was at 4. Upon arrival the lobby was full of guests with suitcases, WAITING!! This hotel was double booking. I checked in, they swiped my card and charged me THEN decided to tell me no room is ready. (I had a concert to attend and was getting picked up in 30min). Meanwhile another guest decided she wanted to cancel as well because she was waiting for 2 hours to get her room! So I decided to cancel as well, and I still have not received my refund! So not only did they double book, they ran my card and CHARGED me before letting me know a room isn’t available!!! Absolutely insane!!

Positive you are on the water, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very uncomfortable, you could hear traffic and loud music from the road all night long. The baseboards were very dusty. There was no cookware in the room for the stove.

I arrived at the counter before 4 o'clock for 4 o'clock check-in, but it took over an hour to check in. Who compensates for my time? There is only one staff member at the check-in counter. If you have a lot of customers, you will have to increase your staff accordingly. It may be just my feeling, but unlike many customers in front of me, the counter staff had a stiff expression to me, an Asian, and it felt like I was using only the manual like a machine without any additional explanation. I don't want to use it again

Not a pleasant stay
The check in was over an hour wait! Front desk personal has the nasties attitude! Gave me a room totally different of what I had booked. My flight was canceled so I had to request an extra night. Had basically beg for one more night and the front desk didn’t even bother to help.

We had reserved a King and got “upgraded” to two full size beds. They said it was an upgrade because we got a private balcony. Apparently the King rooms share a balcony with another room? The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The restaurant nextdoor (Barefoot) was delicious!! Within walking distance to many things, which we liked. Overall, I probably won’t stay there again, but it was okay.

Unimpressed
It’s a beach hotel, but it doesn’t need to have sand in the room. Do they sweep? For the rate we paid, I expected more. The cement floors were uneven but flooring was installed anyway and bubbles up and cracked. Should have found a $99/night hotel instead. Would have been the same experience. Service at the front desk was just so so. Had to ask for towels 4 times. They finally came at 11pm.
