Easy parking, kaufland and lidl nearby, comfort bed. Minus: no staff after 8pm, make sure you checkin before 8pm. I will sure choose this hotel again for my future trips.

Not friendly to disabled people

The hotel itself was nice and clean and apparantly renovated from before (I had the same room before) suite 208 But the staff was very short and unfriendly. On expedia it says: Assistance dogs welcome but when you arrive at the hotel they say its a dog so not allowed. After saying I would make a call to expedia the tone changed. Its time for this hotel to change either their policy or update staff.

For a one night stay it was perfectly fine and good value. The room was clean, beds decent and bathroom was nice. There was some paper left on the floor of the bathroom and one of the bed side lights had no bulb in it. The room was big and clean but very basic, no phone, just one desk chair, a huge empty space which felt slightly strange, no pen or paper, no tea/coffee.making facilities, literally just a room a bed and a tv a wardrobe and one light. For our purposes it was fine, clean, quiet area, free parking but for more than just a night or two its very basic and not particularly cosy, but it is good value ultimately.

Good but need some more work

Friendly guy at reception, but i was shocked to see that he left the pc open when he was out for longer time and you could read hotel guest names, info, ... Also the hotel has no working wifi/4g during the whole stay, see added photo. Whirlpool not really made for 2 people, very small. My boyfriend needed to fix the whirlpool too while the receptionist was there.

Erst mal gab es dort keinen Internet, dann auch nicht mal Netzwerk vom Handy an sich. Es war total Katastrophal. Dann gibt es Fernsehr, wo Dienstanbieter angezeigt werden wie Netflix. Funktioniert nichts davon!! Und dann gab es während unser Aufenthalt Kinder, die meinten Klingelstreich zu machen während der Nacht & den ganzen morgen. Also ich muss sagen das es diesmal echt sehr schlimm war! Hat mir gar nicht gefallen!

Hotell utanför Konlenz

Positivt: rent och sköna sängar Negativt: hissen fungerade inte, wifi fungerade bara tillgick från. Det fanns endast en stol tillhörande skrivbordet att sitta på, inga andra möbler förutom säng och sängbord. Hotellet ligger utanför Koblenz men det tog bara 15-20 min att köra in om man ville göra ett besök där.

Wir sind zu 4 angekommen, mit zwei kleinen Kindern, beim einchecken haben Sie uns gesagt dass das von uns gebuchte 4rer Zimmer war doch nicht verfügbar, wir sollen uns also getrennt organisieren. Die gaben uns zwei getrennte Zimmer im dritten Stockwerk und gleich nach der Bezahlung haben die uns gesagt dass der Aufzug Kaputt sei, also mussten wir mit zwei Kindern, Taschen, Gepäck etc. Bei nachfragen hat sich der Resepzionist sichtbar lästig und genervt gezeigt. Habe dennoch nach Essen gefragt, es gab keines, also er gab uns ein Infozettel mit einem kleinen Essangebot und einer Telefonnummer wo niemand geantwortet hat obwohl der Anruf war während der angegebenen Öffnungszeiten. Also ein Alptraum. Am náçhsten Morgen sind wir weggefahren, kurz davor erfuhren wir das der Aufzug war seit mehr als drei Wochen ausserbetrieb. Nie wieder.

Hotel an ruhiger Lage, etwas ausserhalb der Ortschaft. Gebäude ist recht alt. Zimmer ist aber geräumig und zweckmässig. Preis/Leistung passt.

Teppichboden im Zimmer war sehr schmutzig (fleckig und abgenutzt Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und wir haben nichts vermisst! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und waren mit 2 Kinder da. Preis und Leistung gehen voll in Ordnung!

O hotel está envolvidos por árvores e natureza. É um excelente lugar para caminhar ao ar livre. O café da manhã é simples mas muito bom. É básico mas tinha tudo o que eu e minha família gostamos. O inconveniente é que o hotel está em decadência. O elevador está quebrado, em muito lugares a pintura está caindo da parede, a ducha deixa passar água por todos os lados e não tem im frigobar no quarto. Eu tive a impressão que manutenção, o que quebra fica quebrado. Fora isso a experiência foi muito boa.

Cama cómoda, habitación con escritorio, TV y zona vestidor, baño con ducha agradable y bonita, secador de pelo potente y parking gratuito. ah y tienen en recepción máquina de bebidas con buenos precios. Lo que me faltó fué una mini nevera y ascensor para subir a las habitaciones.

Mir hat nicht so gefallen, dass im Bad die Dusche und die Toilette nicht so gut abgelaufen sind. Ausserdem ist in den letzten Tagen inkl. Abreisetag der Aufzug fast nicht gegangen; wir mussten unser ganzes Gepäck aus dem 3. Stock tragen. Das Frühstück war gut, war aber fast jeden Tag gleich (außer am letzten Tag).
