It was a very nice place. The staff was incredible. My biggest problem was the smoking. Also you should designate pet rooms vs non pet rooms. I have bad allergies and smoke and pet is top of my list. I will look at staying here again because of the staff and location

The stay was okay. The scenery was beautiful, only dislikes that I have. Was there was no microwaves in the rooms So every time we had to go warm up our food, we had to go to the main lobby, we had to pay for parking $10 a day, but parking was difficult. It was doing renovations, which took up space and just wasn't enough parking for Everyone that stayed at the hotel so we had to drive around And wait till someone, leave or park in areas that you wasn't comfortable with. Will I stay at this hotel again? No.

I was there at 2.45 to check in the gentleman told me here is a parking pass your room will be ready in ten minutes after 20 minutes later he left and then a young woman told me almost ready it will be another 10 minutes after waiting another half hour then she said I will be another few minutes I know it was a busy weekend but to spend 200 dollars and waiting until 4.30 to finally get my key waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes my kids were so upset by that time it was starting to get bad weather and never got a chance to even go to the pool and enjoy also the pull out couch had no sheets on it took to me asking 3 times then still nothing to which I went downstairs at 9 o’clock to get them myself. There was a lot of people also in my same situation and hotel didn’t even give us any kind of discount or anything I paid to check in at 3 to enjoy the day not at 4.30 just very upset and disappointed with my experience

Not the best experience.

It was fine until it took a long time to get some toilet paper and the was told that they can not accommodate more than one roll when my room accommodated 6 guests. Several male employees making comments about my teen children in bikinis and how lovely they looked, this is highly inappropriate. I’m a Hilton honors member and expected a higher quality of service being a Hilton hotel. The price was over priced for the condition of pool area and accommodations.

Good room, terrible amenities

We booked the hotel mainly because of the pool and it was by Hilton, however the pool was absolutely looking disgusting. Compared to neighboring hotels you know they haven’t cleaned their pool in atleast a week. The room was nice and comfortable. If you’re booking for room purposes, it’s a go. The areas around the pool deck haven’t been touched by a landscaped since the hurricanes it looks like and there are cords/wires sticking out of the ground. There is only one working elevator. That situation has been a disaster in itself alone. I’d stay here only if I needed a room, NOT for the amenities.
The pictures really don’t do the justice nor the amount of nastiness the pool looked.

Awesome place to stay

We definitely will be back to stay at Spark by Hilton Ormond Beach. I arrived a little before check-in time and was hoping I could check in early. Patty, at the front desk, checked and said that a room was available. Patty was super friendly and helpful making sure I knew where/when breakfast was served, as well as, providing me with the info for all the other amenities available. There was some construction being done (Hurricane Milton really did a number on several places in the area), but nothing was too loud and the workers were very friendly. The balcony view of the ocean was awesome. No complaints at all! This place was great! We will definitely be staying here again.
