Excellent staff and decent room - a little bit on the small side but perfectly adequate. The only negative thing to say is that the fire alarm on the ceiling was constantly flashing every 20 seconds, incredibly brightly, which made it difficult to fall asleep once you noticed it in the dark.

I am from Canada. This is the best hotel we stayed in south Caucasus countries even though other hotels we stayed are all 5-star hotel while this is a 4-star hotel.
