Estancia poco satisfactoria.Habitacion incoveniente, cortinas transparentes. No habia privacidad y toda la noche estaba iluminada por las luces de la calle. La puerta se batallaba para cerrar y para abrir siempre se desprogramaba. Pocos canales de TV. Baño con olor a drenaje. Mucho ruido en las mañanas por el paso del tren

Only stay if there ain’t any other option

I’d only stay here if it was last resort the hotel rooms were dirty and the door keys didn’t work the weekend we stood and they didn't tell us till after we paid which sucked because we had to go to the front desk and ask for them to open our room doors both nights we stood there 1 out the 3 rooms we got had a working key for one day and then it stopped, the rooms had no towels and they seemed a bit dirty also the light switch don’t work only one does and it turns on all the lights in the room which is a hassle during night trying to use the restroom without waking everyone else up because in order to turn the restroom light the lights inside the room also turn on , only good thing is location and the pool area and patio area were nice

Hotel viejo, con espacios abiertos, pero ruidoso.

Hotel amplio, pero esta al lado de las vias del tren, esperen su ruido a las 4 y 5 am, el aire acondicionado muy viejo, y mas ruidoso que el tren, y no prendia la primer noche (se reporto y tenía a pretarle al boton muuuy fuerte para q funcionara). Al llegar solicité las facturas por día, pero la hicieron mal, y tuve que estar presionando por 2 dias para que las cambiaran.

Sigue la traducción al español. I checked into the Hotel Colonial on Saturday. Upon arriving in my room, I noticed that there were no pillowcases. I immediately informed the receptionist, who assured me that they would provide them. However, after an hour, I had not received them, so I followed up at the front desk. At that time, I was informed that they did not have any pillowcases available. On my third inquiry, I was told that the hotel does not use pillowcases at all. As a result, I had to purchase my own pillowcases from Soriana. This raises serious hygiene concerns, as it means hotel guests are sleeping on pillows that may have been used by others without proper protection. Me registré en el Hotel Colonial el sábado.
