Had a family meeting and we did book several rooms. I did book one for me on 05-23 for two nights and one to my kids for 05-24 for one night . On 05-24, late at night, during my kids checkin, after arriving from a long overseas flight, was informed that their room was not available due to overbooking, and that they would need to move to another hotel. After 45 minutes awaiting for a solution, it was informed that the room was not available @ the system, but there was a room physically available... this situation did cause a lot of frustration and stress. After complaining with operations manager next day, Dajahquan Smith did offer a 30% reimburse of the amount paid, and that we should contact Hotels.com in order to request the credit. Please provide us the credit on my credit card.
