Everything was great except for being charged to park in the parking lot. The street in front of the Hotel had cars parked on both sides of the street making it difficult to get in and out. These were customers who weren’t paying for parking. Parking should be absolutely free. It’s a regular parking lot and not a parking garage. This was the only negative thing about the Hotel which is terrible.

This hotel needs renovation and reparation something. The breakfast is very good, and the personal is friendly. In my room need a change fixes, its short spaces, The TV was tied to a rope so as not to fall, The space on the sides of the bed was very tight and you could only climb on one side.

The stay was ok. The floors and entire place needs to be cleaned. Did I see any bugs?? No… But the place can stand a good cleaning. The floor at the front desk and elevator was nasty.

When we got there, the person had a hard time figuring out how to do certain things the fact also that you had to pay for a parking spot then have to put on top of that a $50 deposit on a room that you already have paid for made no sense Also when we got towards our room in the hallway there was a slice of pizza just thrown on the floor. Somebody looks like they threw a a drink at another person‘s door it was all over the floor. The elevators were dirty. It looked like no one had cleaned up in a long time.

The guy who drove me from the airport. It was late and I told him that I was going to leave at 5am..yet he still has the passion of the job and gave me a detailed explanation of every place I could eat and shop. It was great!!

Pros: 1. Hotel lobby staff was friendly and helpful. 2. Location was good. Close proximity to many restaurants and convenience stores. 3. Reasonable parking fee compared to other hotels in the Orlando area. Cons: 1. The carpet in the room was not clean when we checked in after midnight. Dirt was visible on the carpet. My husband requested that the room be cleaned and was told that requests are to be made 24 hours in advance, however they would put our room on the list to be cleaned. We went out about our business during the day and returned in the afternoon to find that the room had not been cleaned. We again went down to front desk and they said housekeeping staff had left for the day. Very disappointing. Eventually the room was cleaned on the second day we were there. 2. The bathroom shower curtain was torn and many of the surfaces in the room (drawers, bedside tables, bathroom vanity storage shelf where clean towels had been placed) had not been dusted or wiped clean. Its a good thing I travel with cleaning wipes. 3. There was no towel rack. 4. Breakfast lacked variety - the same hot items were available every morning - scrambled eggs, and pork sausages - no bacon, ham or even those little cheese omelets we have seen at other Country Inns. This experience makes it less likely that we will stay at Country Inn going forward. Seems like they used to be better, however this stay and the one before in Frederick MD were disappointing.
