The room was fine. A plus on the fact there wasn’t sand on the floors! It was tidy. Could use some basic renovations, tub floor and let’s talk about the crooked light switch. The bathroom fan vent desperately needed a cleaning. I was extremely disappointed in the wait staff at the outdoor restaurant. Never received silverware to eat with, had to flag the waitress down after 30 mins just to get my check… she asked if I wanted another drink. Nope, I had planned on drinking heavy even at $16/drink. Only received a single drink as I finished it and waited 25 mins from that point. The staff at the ice rink, she was extremely delightful! The room was convenient as we booked a patio room, so it was nice to wake up, walk out and swim!

Check in was nuts and had to stand in line that went all the way out the front of the building, rooms were mostly clean, but had a water bottle lid UNDER my bedsheets which was super strange.always waiting in line to use the elevators. I can make the best out of anything, but out of 5stars could only give a 3. Staff was friendly enough (except the gift shop worker was rude and didn’t want us to touch her folded shirts) The beach was great, bar slow service and expensive but yummy.

Great stay

I took my nieces and nephews (12, 11, 9, and 5) to stay at this resort. Some staff, namely food service staff, were not very friendly, the wait for the elevator was almost always long, and the beds were a bit hard. Thats really the only complaints I had. The ice show was great, pools are both very nice, the free activities were fun, close access to the beach, many amenities, hotel was clean and when our sink didnt drain correctly it was fixed very quickly. I would definitely suggest this hotel resort to family and friends. One thing I was frustrated about was when booking through hotels.com it says pay what you see, but there is a resort fee you have to pay on check in. Not the resorts fault, but be aware of this as I didnt see it anywhere here.

Uninvited guest -a mouse

The first night there we had a mouse in our room at 8:00pm so we called down to the front desk for help and no one came. After 20 minutes I went down to the front desk, said "there is a mouse in my room" I was told sorry, but the staff did not seem phased by the mouse or the lack of help I received handling it. I asked for another room and was given one which I had to move all my stuff at 9pm to a different room without any help or compensation for my trouble. They should invest in pest control!

Mini Vaca

Location, amenities, and ocean view are the best! My only "complaint" is that my husband and I love to hear the waves crashing on the beach and that is why we picked an ocean front room. When we turned the AC off and opened the doors to enjoy the waves we ended up with a very "wet" room. The floor and walls were wet. We turned the AC back on and the wetness got better but did not totally go away. We plan on going back sometime soon, I hope!

Pleasant and Clean !

Great place to stay with the kids. Enjoyed all the amenities. Clean and updated facility. The only thing they can do better with is clean the indoor pool and jacuzzi area. Other than that, the staff was amazing, the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly and kids just had a blast with the ice skat show, icream parlor, private beach.
