I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but unfortunately, there were several issues that made it hard to relax. There was some sort of unknown liquid stuck to the wall in our room, which was concerning and clearly overlooked during cleaning. On top of that, the guest above us was extremely loud—at one point it literally sounded like they were using gym equipment in their room. To make things worse, the front desk staff seemed uninterested and inattentive when we brought up our concerns. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made for a disappointing experience.

Got to the Hotel then was informed there was a $15 a day parking fee. The room that we booked and saw pictures of online, was not the room they gave to us. The first room was dirty, the carpet was wet and there was no tv. We had to ask to be moved. Was moved to a room that was a little better, but was still dirty. The sheets had stains and cigarette burns on them. There was cockroaches and mice. I would not recommend this hotel.

Surprise hidden fee for parking. Why do cheap LA hotels charge for parking???Hotel.com Listing says parking available but doesn’t specify that it’s an additional fee so we are annoyed upon arrival with surprise additional cost not disclosed at reservation transaction. Give better service! Big useless Closet had no bar or hangers to hang clothes no hooks for same purpose. A/c on same high setting the whole day because it’s too to reach and there’s no chair to stand on to adjust. No cups for water or anything.less bare minimum. dissatisfied

Cafards dans la chambre !

Des cafards dans la chambre... nous avons demandé a changer de chambre mais aucune autre chambres etaient disponibles. La proposition du gerant etait de mettre une bombe dans la salle de bain la nuit alors que mon fils de 2 ans dort a côté. Nous avons demander a quitter l'hôtel avec remboursements pour pouvoir nous payer une autre chambre. Remboursements accepté par le propriétaire mais je devais faire la demande sur hotel.com . Jai donc contacter un agent du site et prend plusieurs jour pour gerer laffaire. Je pars donc de l'hôtel et jarrive a minuit dans un autre avec mes valise et mon fils de 2 ans épuisé. Aujourd’hui je viens davoir un mail de hotel.com qui mannonce que le remboursements est refusé. LE TOP.

Don’t recommend

Room had black mold and was not clean at all had to sleep in a sleeping bag on top of the bed . Was scared to use the restroom had stains and paint bubbling up in every corner. Room smelled real bad had to sleep with window open .

Don’t stay here if you like to feel clean

Coming into the room we were immediately hit with the smell of mold. Then the room just looked very grubby. Then after looking mold is present in the bathroom. The floors were dirty. The towels were terrible and small. They are obviously aware of the smell of mold because they forgot the bottle of odor eliminator in the bathroom. It’s full of patch work on just about every wall. No hand towels or wash clothes. We’re booked for four and I had to ask the front desk for two more. Overall if we hadn’t checked in so late we would have left. Was a terrible experience and parking is $15 if it’s available.

Room smelled of pee, holes in the screens, doors and shutters looked like someone had to forcibly evicted. Weird stain in the bathtub. Room could’ve used a paint job. But you get what you pay for.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Horrible experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy and smelled awful. We were three guests but only received two towels. When we asked for more, the staff was extremely rude. The photos on the website are completely misleading. The bed was uncomfortable and housekeeping didn’t even clean the room once. The bathroom was disgusting, full of cobwebs, and flooded every time we took a shower. There are cheaper hotels in the same area that are far superior. ¡Aléjate de este hotel! Una experiencia terrible desde el check-in hasta el check-out. Las habitaciones y los baños estaban sucios y con mal olor. Éramos tres personas y solo nos dieron dos toallas.
