Not what Best Western is about. This one was bad.

It was one of worst experience. The manager was never there in the mornings. There are roaches in the property and a horrible smell coming out of the bathroom. The staff were nice but the premises need attention.

The host, when I was checking in, was fantastic! I had requested an early check-in and the day before checking it I was told there is an extra charge. BS!!! I had requested the top floor and verified the day before and they had to do the change to that also. Usually BW is very good, cannot say this one was that way. But again the check-in host, he was great!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, front desk was courteous and very helpful. The location is decent and they have a great breakfast bar in the morning. Overall, we would definitely stay here again

A Welcoming Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups

When I walked into the hotel, I could feel the welcoming atmosphere. The staff member was very friendly, and she made check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. The room had standard cable tv. One of the highlights of this hotel was the hot breakfast. The spread was delicious and more than enough to start the day right. Scrambled eggs, fresh pancakes made from a machine. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Also, for those who like to stay active, the fitness room is open 24/7. Now, on to the things that weren’t quite as perfect. There is a refundable $75 fee, which was not mentioned on the Hotels.com site, and I also had to deal with some extra tax fees that weren’t listed upfront. The bathroom door of our room was tricky to lock, and the toilet was a bit on the low side. I had to pull our room door extra hard to get it to lock when leaving. Not a major inconvenience, but worth noting. Additionally, the lamp on the table had a bit of rust on it, which was a little surprising given how otherwise clean and well-kept everything else was. All things considered, these were just minor inconveniences that didn’t take away from the overall experience. The welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent amenities far outweigh these small hiccups. If I ever return to the area, this will definitely be my go-to hotel.

Not bad for the price

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was out dated and in need of some TLC but for the price it was fine. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The surrounding area isn’t the best.

Great Hotel, will surely come back

I visited this Hotel for the first time about 2 weeks ago with my 2 sons as we were visiting Magic Kingdom. The Hotel was in a very good location with restaurants and stores. The reception was very clean, the guy who helped me was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, overall I had a very good experience at the Best Western Hotel and will definitely come back.

Would return!

This hotel was what I expected for the price and based on expectations from previous reviews. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They always made us feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic! The location if visiting Disney was also great! Walmart is with in walking distance across the street. The pool was not heated, the hot tub was nice and hot. The pool area was a great place to relax. The hotel it self shows its age and could use some updating. But overall we were very happy with our stay and would return for the very reasonable rate, wonderful staff and the great breakfast!
