Outstanding vacation! We stayed one week from January 25 to February 1 and another week from February 15 to February 22. The rooms on both occasions were comfortable and we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite for our second week. Very pleasant surprise. The food in all the restaurants is very good. The swimming pool is large enough to swim laps. All the staff that we encountered was excellent, but we would like to give kudos to Cinthia at the Sans Soucis and Gabriel at the Palapa for their friendly, courteous and professional service.

My first impression when walking into the lobby was not favorable. There was a massive line for check in that moved very very slowly. We stayed one night in a basic room then upgraded to a larger room with a jacuzzi. When we walked into our upgraded room there was a large cockroach in the bedroom and the “jacuzzi” had no drain plug. It took more than 24 hours to get maintenance to get us a plug. My 84 year old mother and I got stuck in an elevator for a short time after which they stopped using that elevator. The food was decent and the pools ok but overall I would not choose this resort in the future.
