The desk clerk was amazing during our check in, she even moved us to another room right away when we went to our room and could hear kids yelling in their room before we even got to our room... needed a different pillow, the ones on our bed were like marshmallows, short and fat, she found us a softer one. The only bad part of our stay was the breakfast buffett, a little disappointing.
