El hotel esta increíble nuestra estadía fue de 3 días, la habitación cuenta con una terraza con una espectacular vista a las barrancas, contemplen el amanecer es un espectáculo. The place is great and and the view is incredible. A lifetime experience. The room view is incredible and the activities around the hotel are very nice In the other hand, I must say the staff of the front desk are not very polite, they are not mean but they need to be more polite and maybe smile more. I say this because any time I want to ask for some help they didnt even say hi or say they were busy , they just kept me waiting forever saying nothing. The other bad point is that the food in the restaurant is not cheap and also not great in my opinion. In average 27 dollars each person and that’s the unique price . They don’t have a menu to choose different options In general the hotel is great, the place is nice and the view is breathtaking I just want to be honest so other people know my own experience

The prices for dinner- they serve family style- is not worth the price. I found a piece of metal in my soup and another ocasión, they ran out of the menu item and we were given chicken instead of steak. The transportation from the hotel to the various sites, such as the “parque “ was expensive for a 6 minute drive. I won’t return under this conditions.

Mala experiencia

Es un hotel que vibra una noche muy cara, no hay wifi y si quieres tener en el lobby y testaruda te debes pagar aparte una ficha, esta no sirve para las habitaciones, si quieres hablar con alguien de recepción tienes que ir personalmente porque no tienen forma de comunicarse ya que no tienen teléfonos al interior, la atención en recepción muy mala, parecía de mal humor la recepcionista, muy mala experiencia

Administración?????

La propiedad está en un lugar inimaginable! No puede ser más hermosa la vista de todas sus habitaciones…Sin embargo, el hecho de tener esa vista no te da derecho como administración del hotel de ser mediocre. Si me van a cobrar arriba de 6000 pesos la noche, me parece que tiene descuidadas las habitaciones, no hay cafetera en los cuartos, hay televisión pero no hay teléfono para pedir algo a la recepción…las amenidades de baño dan pena, parecen de hotel de paso. Si me cobran lo de un hotel de paso, no hay problema, no me quejo…si me cobran lo de un ritz Carlton, espero amenidades a la altura…todos los que trabajan en el hotel se comportan de manera impecable. Hacen un gran esfuerzo por negarle al huésped cualquier flexibilidad fuera de sus políticas de manera súper amable y lo más cercano a profesional posible. Esto es un tema de la administración…horarios restringidos en las comidas, pocas opciones, los snacks que hay disponibles resultaron mejor opción que la cena disponible a las horas que ellos deciden que debes cenar…
