Steps were solid ice Shower handle was not attached. Barely able to get Shower to work. Toilet would not flush,ran water all night. Had to take tank lid off and push down flapper. Carpet was filthy. Cheap rate, you getwhat you pay for.

Run down

This place is very run down. We only stayed because we were exhausted from driving the last two days. I would NOT recommend this hotel. The only thing good was we didn’t see any bugs. Paint was peeling, towel bar off the wall. Cold water tap in shower was broken.

Wont stay here again.

We decided to stay here because of location and decent pricing. While checking in I had my service dog with me and the puppy we have in training, when showing the front office their paperwork and explaining what the paperwork is for, the person manning the front desk looked me dead in the eyes and said “what’s wrong with you?” I said “excuse me?” He asked me again, “medically what is wrong with you?” I told him that wasn’t his role to ask that and it’s actually against the law. He then proceeded to attempt to charge me for the S.D. Fast forward, the room was clean but the property was not. There was trash all over the property and spilling out of all of the trashcans. Staff needs to be educated on laws which pertain to service animals.

This place was exactly what was expected - comfortable, clean, inexpensive, and convenient to a meeting location for my group. I wasn't looking for a Four Seasons. The only gripe is that they don't offer the DIY Brussels-style Belgian waffles that so many other Super8s have (minus one star). The little waffles in the breakfast area fridge were OK after being warmed up. I'd stay here again and again.

Had cereal but no milk, no juice nothing but coffee for Breakfast advertised. Our room floor hadn’t been swept. Bath tub disgusting. Coffee cups in room had all plastic covering off (reusing) from previous guests! Sugar /creamer packets were torn open! TV was a joke 6 channels came in. Outside by ice machine smelled of pee and trash everywhere!

We lost our home in hurricane helene and Valdosta had no more available hotels I booked this super 8 because the previous night i stayed at the 1 in Valdosta but it was not comparable! When we first arrived to room 136 we ran into a filty toilet with poop and tissue still in front desk moved us to 130 This room had a working toilet but reeked of cigarette and Marijuana smoke mind you we were told it was a non smoking room it was just filthy.food left behind from last customers floors dirtly everything dusty I said ok we will make do just for tonight. We literally had no choice we had already driven an hour. The worse part came around 9pm loud music was being blasted from cars car engines being revved like a party was going on. I just turned the tv up and tried to ignore it but soon it was after midnight with no sign of peace in sight. I soon called the front desk and ask could he ask them to quiet down a little but he was more concerned with what room i was in instead of just walking around and telling them they disturbing other guests i made him aware i would contact local law enforcement if it didnt stop soon. It last for about another hour. I have stayed in low budget hotels before but atleast they were somewhat clean DO NOT STAY HERE it is filthy unsafe for elderly and kids and online picture are not updated pictures believe every bad review!

Didn’t expect much for the price but was a little disappointed wven so. Beds were comfortable room was run down, toilet ran, seat was broken and rhe air exchanger was filthy. Says it has breakfast included - not even. The juice machine was out of order, bagels were stale, cream cheese was not refrigerated. They had 2 cereal dispensers, no milk.
