Hotel Low Cost pero ni se esfuerzan

En 6 días de estancia solo nos limpiaron la habitación una vez, solo uno de los 6 días dejamos el anuncio de no limpiar pero los demás días no lo pusimos y tampoco fueron, extraviamos la llave de la caja fuerte y nos querían cobrar 100 dólares pero más bien parecía una Extrosion porque los querían en efectivo, nos decían en efectivo les rebajamos a 1200 pesos al final nos cobraron como 50 dólares con tarjeta. Se que es un hotel Low cost pero no se esfuerzan ni tantito de los 6 días la alberca estuvo 3 muy sucia “en mantenimiento”

Todo estuvo bien excepto q no hicieron mi habitación, cuando llegamos de nuestro tour de Cozumel estaba sin asear y nos comentaron q debimos avisar q saldríamos y cuando salimos en la recepción estaban atendiendo a otro huésped y solo nos despedimos, no dejamos el letrero de "no molestar " por tanto sentí q debieron limpiarla. De todo lo demás excelente ubicación.

Baño sucio y personal no ofrece solución coherente

Llegamos a hacer check in como a las 5 y el baño estaba sucio había basura de los huéspedes anteriores y en lugar de lavarlo o cambiarnos de habitación nos querian quitar la habitación para enviarnos a otro hotel más económico y sencillo sin darnos reembolso alguno hasta que accedieron a limpiar el baño para entregar bien la habitación... Una discusión innecesaria con la recepcionista y mal servicio sin solución al huésped siendo que reservamos esa habitación en ese hotel con mucho tiempo de anticipación. Fuera de eso habitación grande con comodidades y buena ubicación, cabe mencionar que ya me había hospedado ahí y no había tenido problema parecido.

Fueron groseras llegamos sabemos que había pasado mucha lluvia y demás por el huracán Berry lo primero cobraron un precio por noche exagerado no había internet, alberca y estando allí se fue la luz y no tienen planta eléctrica no buscaron opciones solo cojimos una noche a esperar si llegaba la luz al siguiente día nos dicen no hay habitaciones hago mi reservación por ustedes y cobraron y cuando voy hacer el check in mi dice la gerente según ella que no habían habitaciones y nos botó del lugar estoy esperando el reembolso pero le indico yo llevo comprando con Expedia como 15 años y nunca me había pasado de llegar a un hotel ya pagó solo la contestación de ellos que fue culpa de Expedia pero nada y otra cosa reclamamos claro por qué los aires no enfriaban y los baños sucios y el agua no bajaba quisiera enviar fotos cómo se encuentra ese hotel no lo recomiendo suerte a todos los que vayan gracias Expedia tomen asunto en esto por que le hecharon la culpa a ustedes

When arrived there were no towels in the bathroom, the shower was falling apart, water would be warm first couple minutes and then cold, the mattresses were extremely dirty along with the sheets, the curtains were dirty. The area was loud and the pool was full of leaves. When the maid would clean up the sheets were not changed.
