Easter Weekend getaway

Would definitely go again! Oceanfront resort with on site parking. Steps from the beach. Room was clean, housekeeping was attentive and helpful. On site restaurant with great music all weekend. Daily free breakfast- no frills but more than enough :) The only downside was the gym but that’s general an afterthought for most hotels.

This is a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for. My favorite part was the oceanfront view. Points for that but that’s about it. The complimentary breakfast was very basic. Nothing to swoon over.

Never again

I stayed two nights. This morning when i woke about 9am i got in the shower. When i got out of the shower and wrapped myself in a towel, i heard a mans voice. Asked my boyfriend if he said something, he said no. I told him i heard a man talking. I turned around and there was a man in the middle door way my room between the living room and bedroom. I screamed and slammed the middle door and told my boyfriend there was a man in our room. He went to see and the man had left the room and was down the hallway. Said he was maintenance. I did not order any service. I felt super unsafe

Comfortable Stay. Can be better.

The hotel rooms were spacious with 2 queen beds which was quite adequate. However, the bathroom needed some deep cleaning when we checked in. Also, not sure why there was a $15 per night per room resort amenities fees? There was no special amenities and just the usual gym and pool which is standard in most hotels. Also, that information was not provided at the time of booking and only few days before the trip we got the information from hotels.com about it. It should have been more transparent. Also, one of the elevators were not working which made going up to rooms and back very tedious.

Good views, but broken elevator and ants in room.

Plenty of room in the suite, great boardwalk and ocean views from the 9th floor. One elevator was out of order so there was only one that went to the 9th floor, resulting in very long waits for the elevator. There were a few ants in the room.

The bed was HARD. Ice machine was broke on 5th floor. Vending machine didn’t work . Went to a different floor and the machine worked but kept the money when I bought additional items .

Decent option

The hotel is located on a quieter end of Virginia Beach, however the restaurant in the hotel has loud, live music at night so be prepared for that. It ends fairly early though, so that's good. The hotel was clean, right on the beach, and it looks like all rooms have a beach view. The beds weren't the nicest hotel beds I've ever experienced, but ok for the price.

not a good couples place to stay at all

the bed was hard as a rock and the 2nd bed was broken on one side. the pool area was not as inviting as was showen in the pictures they where doing work under us causing a bad oder to come into our room and i felt like we where treated like we where crazt till i insisted someone come to our room and smell it for them selfs only then did they agree to move if but only if i felt there was no way i would be able to stay in that room. the experance just was not what we had hoped so we even checked out a day early because we just did not enjoy the hotel. the breakfast was very poor too it was not enjoyable at all

Worth the price and the service isn't bad!

The condition of our room was only okay at best- lots of cracks and hole within the bathroom and walls; we had a toss up with room service.. the first woman we had cleaned our room immaculately! The second, cleaned our bed, yet somehow it was covered in sand head to toe before we got into it.. making it seem like sheets were recycled, the third gentleman was great! We adored out time in the pool, AND got massive Clorine headaches from swimming in it. The woman running breakfast was BY FAR our favorite part. She is personable, great at her job, and my toddler adored her. She made our morning bright and cheerful. We would definitely return just to have that experience again. The continental breakfast was also fantastic! My only complaint is needing better creamer- but that's most hotels.

Thumbs down.. but BEAUTIFUL

There was leftover Chinese food in the refrigerator, dirty sheets on the pull out bed and the ones they did bring us had cigarette burns … but the view was beautiful and there was a lot of room for our family of 5 in the suite with two rooms two bathrooms. A pull out couch with a small bathroom and a king size bed with full size bathroom.
