Ótima , o quarto tem vista para a praia e para a piscina , a cama foi arrumada e o lixo retirado , o café da manhã ,simples mas dentro do oferecido , tinha balde de gelo , microondas e máquina de café regular , eu prefiro expresso , mas não sabia que existia máquina de café coado , então tinha o que estava no anúncio . We were told by staff the only King Ocean View rooms were the farthest back. For future patrons....if you choose this room type make sure you are on 5th or 6th floor or you will be looking into building next door.

Wir waren nun das 2.Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die direkte Strandlage am Pier von Cocoa Beach ist übertreffend gut. Auch die Lage für einen Cape Canaveral Besuch ist perfek. Bei jeder Florida ist dies ein fester Punkt in der Planung

Our room was awesome. Got a text when we arrived saying if we needed anything to text. I did send a text and never got a response. The lobby smelled like cigarettes throughout the stay. I came to realize the front desk clerk was stepping outside to smoke because twice I came to the desk and no one was there. Once she was outside smoking and once no one was to he found. I also called up once with no response. My card was declined at the pool due to fraud alert on my card. I was called arou d 8:30pm and asked to come to the front to cover the charge. They would accept cash or Apple Pay making it quite the frustrating evening trying to find $10 to cover the cost before they closed the “till”. When I came back with a family members card I started talking just to lighten the mood and the front desk clerk was very rude, completely ignored me and just stood there without direction when the card was approved and I was all set. I asked if I was good to go and she said yes. Very weird! The lady who cleaned the rooms was very nice, our room was nice, but the front desk clerk and pool bartender were not friendly or welcoming

Nice hotel right on the beach. Heated pool. Decent breakfast in the morning. Fitness room is lacking. Close to Ron Jon’s and lots of restaurants. Would stay here again.

Beach hotel

We absolutely loved how this hotel was right on the water. We could walk down to the beach. It was also located next to the Cocoa Beach Pier which allowed us to have lunch or have a drink and be able to go right back to the hotel comfortably all by foot. The pool was heated which made it lovely. They had coffee all the time ready and hot chocolate for a little 4-year-old, and during the day they also had a little bar open to be able to enjoy drinks at the pool. Very friendly for all ages. Definitely will be back again.

Beach vaca

Clean property on the beach next to the pier. Many restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, with ocean view balcony. Pool is heated and clean, and has a small bar with reasonable cocktail prices. Continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Super close to cruise ship port and Kennedy Space center. I would definitely stay here again! The only thing I didnt like was being charged for parking which I didn't understand considering they have their own lot with plenty of space.

So the pillows. I am a snob but in a king bed why do we have toddler sized pillows. To be fair, called front desk and they brougjt us 5 within an hour. Hotel os located super central a d good walking. Saw the spacex launch perfectly from beach right in front of hotel. Need better/more comfortable chairs on balcony and better pillows and it would be 5 stars
