Hotel muy bien ubicado en Malasaña a unos minutos de la gran via y de una estación de metro. El hotel esta muy limpio y tiene pequeña cocina y refrigerador. El servicio es de auto registro airbnb pero el personal siempre esta al pendiente mediante chat o email. Lo usaremos tres veces durante nuestras vacaciones y lo recomiendo ampliamente

Alojamiento nuevo en zona céntrica, aunque un bajo queda a la calle y para tener intimidad, tienes que tener las cortinas echadas. El punto negativo es la atención al cliente. Nos confirmaron la entrada anticipada que no se produjo y no nos avisaron. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente y la solución no fue la deseada.. Es un servicio poco personalizado y muy dirigido al turista de paso.

We loved the location. It’s close to everything we needed. The apartment was nice. Some minor things were that it seemed like they were doing some maintenance in two walls and hadn’t finished painting. One of the bathroom’s walls needed some maintenance next to the shower.
