Beds were clean. Property needs some fixing, broken tiles and molding in the bathroom, tub was stained. Arrived at 2:15pm, instead of honestly telling me “I’m sorry, we don’t start check in until 3.” The front desk man said, “we have no clean rooms.” We came back 45 min later and another woman was working the desk. He was still there and commented, “plenty of clean rooms now.” As if housekeeping magically cleaned the entire property in 45 min. It felt like he lied to avoid working.
Finally, the lemon water on the cart was disgusting. Tasted like old shoes. Whole family took a cup after hiking the falls and whole family nearly spit it out. Wondering how often that container is cleaned/replenished.
