Expected Better Quality for the Price

Upon arrival, at around 5pm, there was only one associate working. They were incredibly efficient and nice, but my check in took over twenty minutes because they got pulled away to help another guest with a room issue. The lobby reaked of bleach or chlorine which was unpleasant, and the hallway to our room was musty. The room itself had updated appliances, but the bathroom was in disarray (stained toliet, poor caulking, stains in shower). The room also matched the unpleasant musty smell of the hallway. The air conditioner worked well, so that was a plus. Breakfast was mediocre at best - very bland and basic "hot" options with little room to navigate around others.

Well Appointed And Affordable Extended Stay!

This is a hybrid Comfort Suites/Mainstay located right on a major highway in Horsham. The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised by how nice my suite was! The hotel itself is old but the suite seems to be updated somewhat recently. There’s a full kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher, plates, utensils, pots and pans- very well stocked! It had all of the amenities of extended stays that charge much more for their rooms. Bathroom was clean and also updated. My only comments are that the room had an odd odor to it, like a faint mothball type smell? It wasn’t as noticeable the second day I was there but it wasn’t that clean smell that I’m used to experiencing when I enter a hotel room. But the room itself was spotlessly clean. Pet friendly, traveled here with my dogs and the pet fee was very reasonable. Would definitely stay again!

Easy access to turnpike

There's a surprisingly low inventory of hotels in the northwest Philly suburbs. This one often comes up as available. They have the square pillows which are almost useless. Easy access to the Turnpike and local eateries. There's a CVS and a Wawa a block away.

Nothing too special however if you’re looking for an affordable hotel for your stay this is a decent option. Room was nice, however hallway leading to room along with the fitness room had a horrible stench. Breakfast was mid at best; would’ve been nice if there were more variety on the weekends as far as food. The only notable staff member working front desk was the female manager. She was very personable, friendly and helpful with recommendations.
