Fantastic introduction to Wellington!

Absolutely best location for visitors to Wellington. Located on Cuba street and in the CBD, near the Harbour and spoiled for shopping and food choices. Close to bus stops and a nice walk to the cable car or museum. Weta is a 20 minute bus ride away and airport is similar by taxi. Room was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our stay. Staff were simply amazing with any questions on check in, calling a taxi (5min wait!) and the food…exceptional. All in all, if you are new or visiting Wellington this should be your first and only booking!

Convenient location but without central air, rooms did get very hot. Parking was a little tricky with tight parking spots in an enclosed garage. Did really enjoy the whimsy of the decor and design

Ollie was fantastic during my check in process! The only thing to consider when staying here is the noise. Due to no air con in the room, you have to leave the windows open. Cuba street is ver noisy. I had ear plugs, but if i didnt id be frustrated. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was a good setup, price was good.

No Air Conditioning

Surprisingly no A/C in room. There was a ceiling fan, but I couldn't feel it was breezy enough. Good thing I didn't sweat much during night and could still sleep. Everything else was good at the hotel.

A small room but full of character and colour. I stayed in a studio room and the ceiling fan and opening windows were essential. Great breakfast options and a vibrant colourful neighbourhood of restaurants cafes and shops.

Excellent overnight stay

Great location where the property innovatively blends this historical building with modern decor. Room was immaculately clean and presented with comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced when added to room rate at a discount. Staff I dealt with (Hui and Phong) were friendly, helpful and professional.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I have to give credit where its due. My stay was brilliant. Attentive friendly staff, good quality food, Spotless room. The only negative is that parking is a bit of an issue during the day as on site is limited. Would I go back? In heartbeat.

I have stayed at Naumi Studios twice now and it is consistently excellent value for money. Two things to note...the rooms are not air conditioned and due to its central location there is street noise. In the summer dropping the blinds snd opening the windows in the morning to prevent heat build up is a must. There is secondary glazing that can be pulled across at night which reduces the noise from the street. Located on Cuba St, Naumi Studios is perfect for being within walking distance of most attractions and dining options. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well appointed. There is a small roof top pool that can be used. The staff are conscientious, helpful and very friendly. There is a member of staff on the desk 24/7. I booked through Expedia for a very budget friendly price and based on the competitive pricing I would recommened Naumi Studios for the flexible traveller.

Great funky historic hotel right on Cuba St. Close to good food and shopping and everything is close by. Breakfast was great and this had everything we needed. We got off the last Interislander ferry in Wellington at 10pm. Quick taxi (10 min) to the hotel and it was another 10 min to the airport. We hung out at the Te Papa museum for the morning before our flight in the afternoon which was perfect and such and amazing museum. The hotel is an easy walk to the museum. So the hotel was great and had everything we needed!
