Picked this hotel because it was new, but room very small and almost impossible to open our suitcases. Cushion on wall at one suitcase place fell off wall because screws were only going into drywall. On paper this hotel could check all the boxes, but it seemed a non-human designed it. Maybe done by "AI".

機場接送巴士安排很差，由機場去酒店，每日只有三班，由酒店去機場每日只有三班，座位少，住客需要到達機場，然後聯絡酒店要求機場巴士服務，像我這種遊客只有漫遊卡，不能致電本地電話，然後等兩小時才有車接送，真的非常不便。我建議酒店不應該註明有機場接送巴士，反而其他附近的酒店是不斷循環來回機場和酒店，方便得多

Ficamos no hotel apenas uma noite por ser próximo ao aeroporto de Fort Laurderdale. Como chegamos cedo, pedimos por um check in antecipado ou para deixarmos as malas no hotel enquanto íamos ao outlet. O hotel estava mega lotado, nos deram a opção de ficar numa lista de espera ou deixar as malas em local não muito seguro (havia muitas malas pra todos os lados), então preferimos ir embora e voltar no horário correto para check in. Voltamos as 3pm e conseguimos nosso quarto, que era muito bom. Estava limpo, bem organizado. Possui bom espaço, não tem carpete, bons produtos de banheiro, cama e travesseiros bons. O hotel tem café e água disponível 24h na recepção e uma loja com refrigerantes e guloseimas. Nos cobraram 50dolares de caução e fizeram o estorno rapidamente quando solicitei por mensagem. Não consumimos o café por termos saído cedo. Mas foi uma boa experiência!! Hotel novo e moderno.

Decent bed and very clean bathroom, but the flooring in the room was in bad shape, chair had holes and stains. Staff was busy ordering food while we waited to check in. Did have a shuttle to cruise terminal and he was great $30 for 2 people. But I will find another place to stay.

Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, eles não fazem reposição, se for depois das 9h00, não encontra quase nada. Atendentes pouco solicitos, não tem muita paciência ou não fazem questão de ajudar quem não domina o inglês. Quartos não tem boa vedação acústica, conseguimos ouvir barulho da rua, o que incomoda bastante na hora de dormir. A única vantagem é a proximidade com o aeroporto (não conseguimos usar o serviço de Transfer, pois tem somente alguns horários definidos).

We did not have breakfast as flight early but check in was crazy! One person working the desk and a whole lobby of people. Yes we were all early. The shuttle from port to hotel didn't come but there is a $30 charge.

In desperate need of a deep cleaning. Dirty room, lobby, hallways, bathrooms. Awful musty, dirty smell, rude staff, overall horrible experience. Cancelled the 2nd reservation I had for a week from now at the same place, when getting off cruise ship. Booked a different hotel!

Clean room however the comforter was torn and the flooring was peeling up. It was very difficult to contact the front desk for airport pickup.The airport shuttle for pickup did not start pickup until 2:30 in the afternoon which we were not aware of and ended up getting a taxi for our earlier arrival. The shuttle service to a nearby restaurant was fantastic and the restaurant Rendevouz was outstanding! Shuttle to the cruise port went smoothly.

Arrived to check in with my family and was told that they no longer had any two queen rooms that I’d reserved. Was asked if a one king room would suffice for my family of 4, with two grown teenagers. After nearly 25 minutes of waiting was given two one king rooms to share. The condition of the room was terrible with tiles peeling from floor, mildew in the shower, a dirty towel stuffed under the bed, and stains on the sheets. Even though this was a short overnight before a cruise I wouldn’t waste money staying here again.

We pulled up. Holes in ceiling held up by tarp in lobby eating area. Tables dirtied w napkins and food. Rugs disgusting. Furniture in lobby all stained. Got to hotel 3 hours early was told we can do it early check-in after 20 minutes when the housekeeper came down from cleaning rooms after about an hour and a half we decided to walk out of the hotel an Uber to a different hotel without the staff addressing us at all. When I messaged the hotel directly from the airport to ask if early check-in was available I didn’t get a response until 6:30 in the evening and said sorry for the late response but yes, we offer a complementary early check-in so if your expectations are high, the bar is very low at this hotel with nothing in the area to even walk to or go to eat. I selected this hotel to spend the night to get on a cruise in the morning and I listened to all of the reviews which stated excellent. This was not the case and want people to be aware.

Airport shuttle from FLL to hotel was easy to find but busy (we didn't mind as it was free). Check in went smoothly. Room was clean but floors needed replacing in our particular room. There was one sports bar nearby but crowded due to many travellers that weekend. The little food truck nearby hit the spot - highly recommend! A private company provides a shuttle to the cruise ships. Very organized but put your name in the night before if possible at the front desk. They were able to take us last minute on the day of our departure but next time will do sooner. Best $15 to use this professional shuttle. Ubers were super expensive due to traffic and demand. Can't complain about anything. It was a good quick stop for an overnight stay. Breakfast was as expected and sufficient.

Airport shuttle was easy to arrange, the gentleman that drove was very pleasant. Breakfast was nice in the mornings (a little more variety would be nice too). Staff was super friendly and attentive, although there was some miscommunication when I was booking the shuttle. Market could use a little more variety of stuff for purchase. All in all it was a good experience all around.
