Value for money Very little noise heard from the street even though it was on a busy corner surrounded by the "nightlife". Hotel is surrounded by men selling viagra, watches or fake phones and women/men selling their services. They are easy to dismiss but does get annoyong after a while. Makati was easy to navigate around providing youre prepared to walk a lot or catch one of the local jeep style tuk tuks. Plenty of places to eat with a variety of style of foods ranging from local Philipino food to Thai, Indian, Malaysian & Korean.

Terrible parking spaces. BW Makati (known now as Oxford Suites) was more like a motel. Good options for food outside, all within walking distance. But the location seems rather seedy. (It reminded of old Olongapo or Hanoi). I thought it would be as good as Best Western Manila but I was wrong. My sister didn't want to go back there for the second night we booked, but Expedia contract said it wasn't refundable and so we went back, unhappy.

Needs Refurbishment

Do not review much, but just so disappointed with my last stay. I LOVED this place the last few years, but this year not up to Best Western Standards.Dead roach on floor, 2 flys, a mosquito, disgusting carpet, paint chipping on cabinets, the one TV station I look forward to watching is still listed on the guide, but has been replaced. The bathtub looked new, but they just installed it over the old one or something so the lip of the tub goes way above the shelf in the back. This creates a huge gap behind the tub that that gathers water and spills onto the floor and there is no way to avoid it. Oh... And my friend saw a mouse in his room. Most of this stuff is no big deal, which is why I stayed and did not ask for a new room. But when you put it all together it was pretty bad. Maybe they did have a nicer room they could have moved me too??? But they never should have put me in one this bad in the first place.

Time for a renovation management

I stayed at Best Western many times but after this trip, I think I am not going back there again. Unfortunately this trip, all 4 rooms were in the 7th floor. And all the room conditions were bad. Air-conditioning was still the old type and the controls were working like the batteries were dead. Same goes for the TV remote. Carpet n sofa are too old. Toilet bathtub needs a replacement as well. I think with the number of rooms occupied, the management needs to invest back into the hotel. Staffs were very helpful especially the front desk and lobby door boy. Maybe its better and safe to book for rooms on a higher floor to get a better room conditions.

都心近くにあってリーズナブルです。部屋も、特にベッド周りは清潔です。ただし、水回りに虫がいることがあるのと、バスタブに湯を張れるほどではないことは難点です。また、歓楽街近くのため騒音が気になる人もいるかもしれません。

We had 3 rooms booked, the hotel went out of its way to accommodate our early check in time. We really appreciate the staff and management of this property. Great time, great service, great people. I recommend this property to everyone who is visiting the makati area.
