The bathroom floor had long black hair all over. The bathtub was dirty and also had long black hair in it. I’m blonde. My boyfriend is bald. Also, the final disappointment was that the bath towels, 2 out of 4, had holes in them. Of course you don’t see that until you open up the towel when you get out of the shower. I always stay at a Hampton inn when I travel. Theryre always great. This horrible.

When we checked in, the bathroom was not clean, the towels were dirty and unfortunately they noted they were under staffed so I personally cleaned the bathroom myself to be able to stay as there was no other room to move in to. Unfortunately there has been no movement on a resolution - would recommend staying elsewhere.
