Close to airport - highly recommend!!

We arrived late from flight, but attendant was so nice! The store they have is, opened 24hrs and good selection so we were able to get some food to bring to room! Breakfast had lots of choices!!

Friendly staff, good value for money.

Super friendly staff. Being an airport hotel they understand the random challenges of flight arrivals and delays. Checked in me in early without any fuss. In fact, offered breakfast in the dining area while I wait for my room to be ready. Good functional room, bed and shower.

Good location. The communication could improve

Clean hotel close to the airport. Nice breakfast. Frequent shuttles to the airport. The receptionists were nice and polite, but not accommodating: The hotel never replied our email, so I had little chance to find the right shuttle from the airport and my partner was not allowed to check in without me - eventhough I also had written the hotel aking them to. Be aware: There are at least two Mariott hotels by the airport.

Be aware of bed bugs

It was a super unpleasant experience for the one night we stayed. Kid discovered a bed bug on the sofa. Night shift staff came to the room and removed the bug, as well moved us to a different room and promised a follow up by manager “soon”. But one week later management never responded on the issue even after I emailed to follow up. We had a sleepless night there and kid developed rashes after. I asked in the morning to the front desk and was told that “it has been at least 6 months since the last bed bug incident”. It sounded like bed bugs were not big deal at this hotel. Shocking! This was our first experience staying at this hotel, Traumatized and disappointed!

Confortable hotel near Toronto airport

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. But the hallway was extremely hot (felt like 90°F). The heat seeped into the room at night, warming it. The breakfast had no potatoes or pastries. We were a bit disappointed. After speaking with someone at the reception desk, they said it was because it was cold outside that the heat was turned on. We like the hotel for it's convenient location near the airport and their parking garage. Hopefully, things will be better when we return after our trip ends.

Above and beyond!

We arrived slightly early on the complimentary airport shuttle and were prepared to wait for check in, but they didn't keep us waiting and got us checked in right away. We booked the 5:30am shuttle for our international flight the next day and they packed us a nice breakfast without even asking. We settled in and went to use the pool, but they were maintaining it at the time, so they organized for us to use the pool at their other motel nextdoor. Room was nice and staff were exceptional. Will stay there again. P.s. The early shuttle filled up fast so if you need to take an early flight, make sure to book it when you get there. They seem to have one coming by every 20mins though and it's only about a 10min ride max.

Booked at Fairfield but put into another hotel.

Booked in to stay at the Fairfield but then had my reservation changed to a different hotel without any ask. I specific choose the Fairfield and if not available would have chosen another property. I would 100% not have chosen the hotel that they put me in without any inquiry.

Hotel email about changes looked like a scam email

We did not stay at the Fairfield Inn! I received an email telling me we had been moved to a new hotel. The email was not on the company email and appeared to be a scam, so I didn't take it seriously until the day of travel when I called to confirm, only to be told we had been moved. I thought about booking through Hotels.com; would all communication be through hotels or in the app? I inquired about an upgrade for the inconvenience and was told this was the best they could do; it was very frustrating. In a time when there are so many scammers, hotels need to ensure any changes are communicated in a safe and secure manner.
